Let’s be clear about Trump’s history with immigration … mass deportation did NOT work well his first time around.
Under Biden, American citizens weren’t being harassed and detained simply because of the color of their skin. Under Biden, Missouri representatives weren’t considering putting bounties on peoples’ heads and incentivizing citizens (with guns) financially to hunt down illegals.
In Trump’s first term, his immigration policies released criminals into the US. His first term focused on prosecuting migrant parents, separating families, and banning asylum. One of his first acts in office overrode an Obama policy to remove public safety threats. Trump actively released tens of thousands of noncitizens WITH criminal records into the United States.
Trump, in his first term, very specifically wanted MASS deportation over TARGETED deportation, taking emphasis OFF of the immigrants who posed a threat.
By the end of Trump’s first term, three times as many criminals were gaining access to the US than at the beginning of his term. Trumps actions, “reversed a decade of near-continuous progress in deterring criminals from attempting to enter the United States illegally”
Trump is not a hero cleaning up Biden’s mess. He had just as much time in office as Biden to address our immigration issues and he failed.

His staff encountered resistance when demanding that Treasury officials grant access to systems managing the flow of more than $6 trillion annually to programs like Social Security and Medicare. Tensions escalated when Musk’s aides were discovered at OPM accessing systems, including a vast database known as the Enterprise Human Resources Integration (EHRI), which contains sensitive information such as dates of birth, Social Security numbers, performance appraisals, home addresses, pay grades, and length of service for government employees. In response to employees speaking out, Musk’s aides locked civil servants out of computer systems and offices, with reports of personal items being searched.
He is a private citizen who has no right to any of this information. He and his accomplices need to be brought up on charges under the CFAA.
Computer hacking criminal law violations under the CFAA include:
• Obtaining national security information (through a government computer system or website)
• Accessing computers or systems to obtain value or defraud a victim
• Accessing a computer to obtain information without permission
• Extortion that involves computers
