Virginia seditionist (r) says something on social media:
Josh Hawley @HawleyMO
The Democrats used the FBI against parents, they used the FBI against Catholics, they used Big Tech against vaccine critics & anyone who questioned them. Now they want to arrest Trump, their leading political opponent. They are the banana republic party 1:29 PM · Mar 18, 2023
“…leading political opponent…” Heh.
Run along, Josh (r).
Some of the responses:
How are you guys deciding who gets to kiss Trump’s fat ass next?
Is it first-come, first-smooch? Is there a lottery? Do you line up like Southwest Airlines passengers?
[….]
Bad combover. Check. Too long red tie. Check. Orange spray tan. Check. Tiny hands. Check. Cluelessness. Check…
Show some respect, Josh: Banana Republican Party.
That’s right, arrest Trump, he richly deserves it.
Hopefully they’ll arrest you next, for your part in 1/6.
Sounding a wee bit NERVOUS right now?
[….]
Josh Hitler says what?
The NY district attorney doesn’t use the FBI.
The Lock Her Up crowd is having a big case of feels today.
I’m ashamed you are my senator.
Listen, Senator Fist Pump, I would’ve already been arrested and sitting in jail if I did a fraction of the stuff he’s being investigated for. If he gets charged, the state will have to prove its case.
If he did nothing wrong, he’s got nothing to worry about.
That’s it Senator, keep going “all in” on defending Donald Trump. It worked so well for your party in 2018, 2020, and 2022. I’m sure it will be different in 2024 tho.
Donald Trump is a private citizen who has committed multiple crimes. As such he is afforded the normal protections of the law but he has no special privileges despite your attempt to make him a god.
Although you are, unfortunately, one of my Senators, you represent neither my interests nor my values. When do you plan a town hall in Missouri?
So, to be clear, you believe that no matter what crimes Trump has committed that nobody should ever investigate, and he should just never be charged?
Marathon Boy, Democrats aren’t the ones who perverted the Justice system, and now it’s back on track. Be prepared. We understand why you would be nervous, traitor.
I still laugh out loud watching you run like a scared rabbit from a group of “friendly tourists”
Heh.
You’re so full of shit. The FBI head was appointed by Trump.
But do you know what Fox News hosts say about you behind your back?
Do tell.
*friendly venues only
You challenged him? LOL Dude, have you listened to yourself interview? It’s pathetic. You asked him questions. There was no challenging going on. At the end, he asked you if you could start the interview. He didn’t even take you seriously.
You love running out of the Capitol too don’t you?
We bet you do, anything besides doing actual work.
#losers
I love Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. #Resign #Jan6thInsurrection
I bet you get tough questions on Fox News. How did you handle it Josh? We’re so impressed.
so you are calling out a guy for going after people who like free speech….by calling out the guy for exercising his free speech. the irony is just, too much.
Just curious, is there another state in the country that has TWO ass-clowns in the US Senate? Or are we just the lucky one.
“…We with American ideals demand that our government shall be returned to the American people who founded it…” – February 20, 1939
Today, from Josh Hawley (r):
Josh Hawley @HawleyMO
The Republican Party can be the party of Ukraine and globalists or the party of East Palestine and working Americans. Not both 9:22 AM · Feb 24, 2023
Some of the responses:
This is exactly why you’re unfit for your job. The two are not mutually exclusive. Oh, and the Christofascist dog whistle and treason too — but mostly this tweet.
Buddy one of your most visible members has spent the week laying out her vision for the country to split up.
Walking and chewing gum is hard, isn’t it, Josh?
A U.S. senator can champion the peaceful transfer of power or can raise a fist to a seditious anti-police mob. Not both.
I’m sure the GOP can walk and chew gum at the same time, Senator, even if you can’t.
The political leaders who gutted safety rules for trains carrying hazardous materials are the same political leaders doing Putin’s bidding in Ukraine. You don’t think we see you, running man?
Why do you think so poorly of America?
Wow. You really think the greatest nation on earth, with all our American exceptionalism can’t do two things at once? Like cheer on insurrectionists and then run from them on the same day?
Are you serious? Now, who exactly does this play to? If you are listening to this man please pay close attention to this con-man-style rhetoric and what he must think of you. #FlemFlamMan #CarpetBagPolitics
Fascist pigs are always serious.
That’s a crock, Josh. Just admit it, you want Putin to be Putin anywhere he pleases. Zelenskyy is the modern day Churchill.
This is absolutely the most asinine comment I’ve ever seen from you! If you are trying to incite & mislead, you are getting in the lane of @RepMTG and @Jim_Jordan. Do you want to go that low?!
Josh (r) considers that a feature, not a bug.
You’re from the party of traitors. Take a seat and stay there, or run, like you did on January 6.
It is astounding how little you believe in the capacity of our country to do great things. Our Greatest Generation understood that. You? You cower under its weight.
We can and should do both. You can’t have one without the other.
I’m pretty sure that, right now, it’s the party of “live the exact way I want you to live or I’ll try to slowly strip away your rights until you comply”.
You can be a coward or you can be brave, but you can’t be both – you’ve proven to be a coward, obviously (see video of you sprinting to safety on 1/6 after pumping your fists in solidarity with your insurrectionists).
The Republican Party can’t be the party of Ukraine and globalists or the party of East Palestine and working Americans because the Republican Party is the party of Putin and the party of oligarchs and fascism.
You’re an insurrectionist and a spineless coward. Sit back down.
Or the Republicans could just move to Moscow since they enjoy spending the 4th of July there.
Josh Hawley can either be a traitor or a traitor, or both.
Heh. We see what you did there.
The Party that reduced regulations so their donors made more money want to be the party of the people that got hurt by their action…
or you could just say the republican party and putin are one
“Россия” (Russia) – a variant of the Russian presidential flag.
Johs Hawley sure is acting like a Russian intelligence asset and propaganda shill…
Actually you’re the party of insurrectionists, traitors and immorality
#RUNNINGMAN
We have always been both, Josh. You are just too disinterested in history to realize it. Do better, #Missouri.
Trump changed the rules that led to the train company avoiding upgrading its braking system. The GOP owns responsibility for the disaster. Deregulation is not good for the country. You also align with Putin, which is also against America. Not surprising for someone with 1/6/21.
[….]
You have no idea of America’s part in democracy and the world. Especially, democracy. You should be in jail for sedition.
That’s really sad that your party cannot handle paying attention to foreign policy and infrastructure at the same time. Though I suppose it’s to be expected since you typically fail to handle either one on their own.
Your party created the conditions that caused the mess in East Palestine. Your party has always put biz business over working Americans. That’s why Dems have always been the party of working Americans. So don’t try to con people.
You, however, can be both an insurrectionist AND a coward.
[….]
If the GOP can’t figure out how to support Ukraine’s fight for democracy/sovereignty, help our fellow citizens in Ohio & legislate stricter laws & oversight to the railroads so this kind of preventable tragedy doesn’t occur again, then step aside. This is literally your job.
See here’s the thing, in order to be in government for a country such as the US one needs to be able to balance work at home with Diplomacy over seas. This is why you can’t win the popular vote in the presidential election, you’re incapable of doing the job.
“globalist” Josh you and I both know what that’s coded to mean what kind of audience are you after?
Not both? Man. I wish we had elected people that could do more than one thing at a time.
Let’s fix that…
The Republican Party can be the party of Ukraine and globalists or the party of Putin. Not both
You are the party of running away
How do you live with yourself? You are ok with letting innocent people in Ukraine die in order to score political points. You are the worst of the worst.
Why not both-both are national priorities-defending democracy and helping those who face an environmental disaster because a corporation tried to cut corners to make money-Republicans do not care about anything but power!
Narrator: He means Jews
This is the very best tweet you’ve ever made. It’s really simple – take care of America first.
Uh…
The Republican Party helped to roll back the safety regulations that would have prevented the derailment in East Palestine. So since all the @GOP keeps saying they stand with East Palestine I guess that means you will all be voting yes to put back in those safety regulations
Speak for yourself. I have empathy for the people of Ukraine. And want to help any country wanting Democracy.
According to #Ladderboy when Russia wants Alaska back… I guess we just give it to them.
Josh can be a cheerleader for the insurrectionists and a track star at the same time.
Thank you Sen. Hawley for playing into the hands of the Russian Federation
Why would you limit America’s potential? Oh yeah, you are driving a wedge to separate people.
Globalist. John Birch called. They want 1964 back.
The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 (TCJA) is the unofficial name for the large set of changes to the Revenue Code of 1986, signed into law by President Trump in 2017. TCJA made many large changes across multiple areas of the tax code, including most infamously reducing the corporate tax rate, increasing the standard deduction, and increasing the applicable exclusion amounts for estate taxes. Only some of the TCJA changes were permanent, and over twenty provisions will expire by the end of 2025.
For individual tax deductions, the TCJA reduced some of the overall tax rates and changed many deductions. [….] All of these changes will revert back to their pre-TCJA provisions after 2025. [….]
…the corporate tax rate was permanently reduced to a 21% flat tax rate from 35%. [….]
Rep. Jason Smith @RepJasonSmith
The American people are demanding fiscal responsibility.
Republicans have called on Democrats to come to the table. Lets address the fiscal insanity. Lets try to find common ground. It’s the responsible thing to do.
[….] 3:50 PM · Jan 31, 2023
You ran up the bill, Jason (r). Now you don’t want to pay for it.
Roll Call 699 | Bill Number: H. R. 1
DEC 20, 2017, 12:55 PM | 115TH CONGRESS, 1ST SESSION
Vote Question: On Motion to Concur in the Senate Amendment
Tax Cuts and Jobs Act
Vote Type: Yea-And-Nay
Status: Passed
Honor the government commitments & responsibilities.
See above.
25% of the national debt was accrued under Trump [….]
Yep.
Jason, you don’t know what your constituents are demanding.. It’s not like you answer emails, phone calls, or have town halls. So try that again. this time be honest about it.
What about your own district, Jason? What have you done for anyone in MO8 except yourself? We have the poorest district in one of the poorest states!
How about all your PPP loans you didn’t pay back??
Right – tax the rich again. Debt ceiling has nothing to do with it
Check out his vote.
The American people understand the debt ceiling is honoring the debts we’ve already incurred.Tell Qevin to stop playing games. And do SOMETHING for your constituents instead of whining, Jason.
Since when the hell do REPUBLICANS ever listen to the American people, huh??
National budgets are not household budgets. With great investment comes great advancement and returns. Just tax the rich.
Suck it, Insurrectionist. The GOP betrayed America.
The American people are demanding you stop showboating and raise the debt ceiling before you screw us and crater the economy.
We all know it’s Republicans doing this.
Here’s a hint: a universal 30% consumption tax ain’t gonna cut it in your district, Jason (r).
Josh Hawley @HawleyMO
The Senate’s defense bill ended up pretty lousy – failed to do right by our service members wrongly kicked out over the #covid vaccine & was full of climate garbage – BUT one thing I’m delighted about is we got the duck boats bill passed, after 3+ years of work 9:36 AM · Dec 16, 2022
Some of the responses:
Well at least @elonmusk is doing his part [….]
“Once you’ve sided with traitors, your input in our political discourse is no longer valid.”
We should pass a bill that bans all coward insurrectionists from public office for life. [….]
The R’s are horrible at politics.
We literally have no representation in DC.
Hey, remember when you tried to overturn an election in an attempt to overthrow the government?
Virginian says weee weee weee all the way home.
“The most dangerous place to stand in Washington D.C. is any place between Senator Josh Hawley and a live microphone” – Charles P. Pierce
Sooo the defense bill hurt our defense, saved us from imaginary climate dangers and we got some duck boat bill in exchange? …what would ya say ya do here?
Plenty of money in the DOD budget. Always has been, always will be. Speaking of has been’s, I’m surprised you’re even out there in public after your 40yd dash. Pretty cowardly, Josh.
This is the dude that gave a “HEIL HITLER” salute to the insurrectionists, and was then seen running for his worthless life in the Capitol Building.
Get a job Hawley. You’re a total waste at what you are doing now..
What is wrong with Josh Hawley?
Wow, really impressive, now my family has a better standard of living, thanks so much
All you do is campaign/complain.
It’s a ladder climbing thing.
As a recently retired US Army, I‘m glad the service members who disobeyed a lawful order received UCMJ actions. We don’t need to set a new norm for future Service Members thinking it’s okay to disobey lawful orders with zero accountability.
Josh Hawley @HawleyMO
There is something wrong at the Pentagon. And I’m not willing to just look the other way 4:32 PM · Dec 13, 2022
Some of the responses:
Maybe run the other way? Worked for you before.
But will you RUN the other way?
Because history suggests you will, closeted coward.
Will you run the other way?
…but when it comes to corruption within the GOP, we can’t get you to do the same critical assessment.
Grifters gotta grift.
But you’re willing to look the other way about #Jan6thInsurrection because you helped inspire it.
You have been looking away your entire life.
Remember when you ran the other way?
Where ya running too now?
Joshey, as a veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, I just want to say that words cannot express the disdain I feel for you and the role you played in degrading the confidence that Americans have in the ability of state and local governments to run secure elections. U suck, literally
No but you will RUN the other way [….]
Bless your heart.
Heh.
You look the other way every day when it comes to 1/6. Traitor.
Doesn’t seem to bother you when you look in the mirror.
There is something wrong with you. No dignity at all. Arguably the worst choice for senate ever. You should resign.
Will you also investigate 1. why Trump felt compelled to push for the release of FIVE THOUSAND Taliban prior to US withdrawal from Afghanistan? 2. Trump role in Jan 6th 3. Trump attempts to overturn election results in states 4. Trumps family enriching themselves during his term
For the next two years Josh will be working on consituent services and naming post offices.

…This appeal requires us to consider whether the district court had jurisdiction to block the United States from using lawfully seized records in a criminal investigation. The answer is no.
Former President Donald J. Trump brought a civil action seeking an injunction against the government after it executed a search warrant at his Mar-a-Lago residence. He argues that a court-mandated special master review process is necessary because the government’s Privilege Review Team protocols were inadequate, because various seized documents are protected by executive or attorney-client privilege, because he could have declassified documents or designated them as personal rather than presidential records, and—if all that fails—because the government’s appeal was procedurally deficient. The overnment disagrees with each contention.
[….]
In considering these arguments, we are faced with a choice: apply our usual test; drastically expand the availability of equitable jurisdiction for every subject of a search warrant; or carve out an unprecedented exception in our law for former presidents. We choose the first option. So the case must be dismissed…
[….]
…Indeed, Plaintiff does not press the district court’s theory on appeal. Instead, he argues that the Presidential Records Act gives him a possessory interest in the seized documents. This argument is unresponsive. Even if Plaintiff’s statutory interpretation were correct (a proposition that we neither consider nor endorse), personal interest in or ownership of a seized document is not synonymous with the need for its return.3 In most search warrants, the government seizes property that unambiguously belongs to the subject of a search. That cannot be enough to support equitable jurisdiction….
(footnote) 3 During discussion of this factor at oral argument, Plaintiff’s counsel noted that the seized items included “golf shirts” and “pictures of Celine Dion.” The government concedes that Plaintiff “may have a property interest in his personal effects.” While Plaintiff may have an interest in these items and others like them, we do not see the need for their immediate return after seizure under a presumptively lawful search warrant.
….Having failed to show his own need, Plaintiff attempts—as he did in the district court—to reverse the standard, arguing that the government does not need the non-classified documents for its investigation. This is not self-evident, but it would be irrelevant in any event. Plaintiff’s task was to show why he needed the documents, not why the government did not. He has failed to meet his burden under this factor….
….Plaintiff’s alternative framing of his grievance is that he needs a special master and an injunction to protect documents that he designated as personal under the Presidential Records Act. But as we have said, the status of a document as personal or presidential does not alter the authority of the government to seize it under a warrant supported by probable cause; search warrants authorize the seizure of personal records as a matter of course. The Department of Justice has the documents because they were seized with a search warrant, not because of their status under the Presidential Records Act. So Plaintiff’s suggestion that “whether the Government is entitled to retain some or all the seized documents has not been determined by any court” is incorrect. The magistrate judge decided that issue when approving the warrant. To the extent that the categorization of these documents has legal relevance in future proceedings, the issue can be raised at that time….
….The law is clear. We cannot write a rule that allows any subject of a search warrant to block government investigations after the execution of the warrant. Nor can we write a rule that allows only former presidents to do so. Either approach would be a radical reordering of our caselaw limiting the federal courts’ involvement in criminal investigations. And both would violate bedrock separation-of-powers limitations. Accordingly, we agree with the government that the district court improperly exercised equitable jurisdiction, and that dismissal of the entire proceeding is required.
The district court improperly exercised equitable jurisdiction in this case. For that reason, we VACATE the September 5 order on appeal and REMAND with instructions for the district court to DISMISS the underlying civil action.
Dayam.

The Heiress Valentine is the least vetted US Senate candidate in modern Missouri political history and the liberal corporate media likes it that way. 3:55 PM · Oct 10, 2022
Some of the responses
You could have showed up for the debate. Busch was there.
You keep saying heiress, which tells me she doesn’t necessarily need the money, yet someone from “humble” beginnings sounds like an easy mark for lobbyists. Well played.
Then why didn’t you vet her by debating her?
Feel free to join her on a debate stage, weirdo.
We can understand why Schmitt isn’t running on his record.
You only ever speak to the echo chamber.
You couldn’t even make it to a debate held by the non-partisan Missouri press corp that all other Senate candidates showed up for.
TBV has met with Missourians all over the state to listen to their concerns. She will protect social security and Medicare. What’s your plan?
Definitely not for Social security or Medicare because his donors say NO
Unless she refused to close a school that is assaulting children, attacking our educators and public school systems or refusing to free wrongfully convicted black men like you I don’t want to hear it. It would be really hard for her to be a more terrible person than you are.
Liar says what?
You don’t believe in free and fair elections. That disqualifies you in my book.
Seditionist Eric is trying to subvert democracy. He signed the amicus brief to overturn a democratically decided Presidential election. He supported the Jan 6th coup of the Capital. He supports fascism. He banned abortion. How can we send someone like this to the Senate?
All you do is file frivolous lawsuits and she’s out there helping the community by being a nurse. i’m gonna trust a nurse over you any day.
You on the other hand are vetted well enough that we know we want nothing to do with you
Trudy seems to be a well-rounded person. She is the kind of senator that Missouri needs. She cares about people and will take good care of us.
At least she’s not a traitor, like you.
She’s not a fascist seditionist.
That’s it. That’s the criteria.
There is a long and glorious list of policy reasons to support @buschvalentine, but “not a fascist seditionist” is the only one I need.
Unlike you… She actually has the medical background that I would be more likely to trust during pandemic and women’s health issues…. You cannot event keep a kid safe past the birth canal
Gettin scared, you fascist?
You won’t even show up to a debate. Sit down!
Based on the comments, I’d say nobody likes you!
Get some new schtick.
Your opinion means nothing when Missouri women remember YOU are the one who took their Right to Choose away!
This is from someone who supported an ex-president trying to overthrow the US government, and who touted the big lie of voter fraud. I guess we can call you a hypocrite.
Would you like to reveal to the public who your puppet masters are? OR will it take a news article?
Sure, but she has policy positions and that beats your hog squealing every day of the week, hamhock.
She respects women, unlike you. You keep running your mouth about all the “tough stuff” you learned from your Dad and Grandpa. Yet not one word about what you learned from your mother. Eric, are you a woman hater? Is that why you want to control us?
If she sold MO land to China, we’d have heard. She doesn’t have an extreme agenda, didn’t incite the 1/6 attack, has the courage to say the 2020 election wasn’t fraudulent (you don’t), defends democracy instead of fascists & she is trustworthy. #NoSchmitt isn’t fit for any office
[….]
Every word out of this person’s mouth is a vile attack. He is incapable of civil discourse, and unfit for any public office.
Is this what you call being a fighter? Whine, complain, name-call, race-bait, gaslight, cry, bully, cry, whine. We know nurses are tough as nails. You should stick to filing and losing empty lawsuits – this fight is above your pay grade [….]
You’re literally the worst sack of excrement to ever serve this state next to Machine Gun Greitens and Run Josh Run Hawley.
We get it. You’re jealous of her family’s money. Rich or not, she has performed infinitely more acts of service to this state than you could ever dream of. Keep it about policy, Eric. Your policies suck. All you do is waste tax payer resources on frivolous BS. You are the worst.
