Today:

Congressman Mark Alford
[December 11, 2025]
🎪 Democrats tried another desperate impeachment circus today. It collapsed on impact. The American people are tired of political games, & so am I.
House Republicans are laser-focused on securing the border, rebuilding our economy, and restoring American strength, not fueling the Left’s obsession with President Donald J. Trump!!
[….]

Some of the responses (out of over 2000):

The king leads the sheep

or perhaps…. the lemmings.

the Emperor will pardon the ones who he thinks will do something for him in return. That’s why King Donald I was so upset with the Democrat he pardoned who then said he was going to run again as a Democrat.

I’m equally confused about which immigrants stay and which are hunted down and arrested?

the white ones stay

They pardon the ones that can pay for it. $$$ For a surcharge, the drug lord’s families get to come to the U.S. as well.

Kinda like the Letitia James fiasco, no?

The circus must go on! 😂

I gotta tell you the number of times I have seen Republicans getting ratioed on their own posts because nearly everyone hates them is bringing me great amounts of joy

“we’re blindly obsequious” isn’t the own you seem to think it is.

Midterms are coming.

Midterms anyone ?

How are you feeling about health care and affordability?

he doesn’t care

Laser focused? I had an Irish Setter once that had a longer attention span.

Did you wake him up to tell him yet?

Oh, no, Mark is practicing to be a “digital creator” or “influencer.”

The word is unaffordablity. Such a beautiful word. So awesome and wonderful. We love unaffordabilty, We love things to cost a lot. Another beautiful word is unaccountability. We love to be unaccountable for unaffordability.

Well there is always the midterms

🤣🤣what is your economic and healthcare plan? I’ll wait

Amen so am I. Indiana republicans respected their constituents today! And the grand jury did the right thing. Midterms are coming.

Midterms are coming!!!!!

Midterms, midterms, midterms…..

And how about your concepts of a plan on healthcare?

Tired of political games? Interesting.

Ironic.

Do you blame the dog whenever you fart? Nobody believes that either.

Circus? The only circus in town is maga

Ah yes the stable genius, most honest man in history stands tall again

Keep saying that to yourself.

Great job Mark. How’s the free lunch and free healthcare?

Doing a great job on the economy. Just ask your constituents. 🤮

the problem for people like Alford is that he’ll never get many Democrats’ votes, he’s too far gone for that, so he does what Kevin Yoder did when he realized that Sharice Davids–a Native American, lesbian, mixed martial arts fighter!–was likely to beat him in Kansas, he (Yoder) leaned harder into the MAGA constituency hoping there were enough of them motivated to come out and vote. He lost.

How are you rebuilding the economy if it is stronger than ever?

Laser focused on making these posts. Lol

See you in 2026 🌊

Midterms

I don’t think republicans are focused on those aspects either. Kinda hard to tell with your heads up Trumps backside.

And the law be damned, right? 🙄

Midterms, Mark.

Midterms are just around the corner

Yep midterms are coming

What is your plan to lower the cost of healthcare?

Where’s your health plan?

Shill.

Congressman Mark Alford 🖕

You were laser focus sitting at home for eight weeks when the government was shut down?

This clown said that he’s “sick of political games.” 😆 🤣 😂 😆 🤣 😂
Stop, bro, my side hurts! 😆 🤣 😂

Well you got one thing right: we are tired of the political games.

Where’s the health plan Mark?

What planet do you live on?

Have you been to the grocery store $$$$

A Republican says political games. Hilarious

Figured you liked games… it’s all you play.

What you mean to say is that you are “tired of political games” unless they serve your interest.

“Rebuilding our economy” destroying it first then “somewhat picking it back up” is like gambling with $100, loosing $100, buying back in with $300, loosing $300, buing back in with $500, loosing $500, buying back in with a $1000 and loosing $950. That’s not “fixing the economy”

Mark Alford (r) [2023 file photo].

This evening:

Congressman Mark Alford
[September 26, 2025

To all the 30,000 plus federal employees in the Kansas City area, many of you living in the current 4th congressional district and many living in the “new” fourth under the Missouri first map….

Please be advised that if a government shutdown happens on October 1, it will be a “Schumer Shutdown”.

@HouseGOP has done our job. We passed a continuing resolution to extend the current funding levels to November 21 to give us time to pass the remaining appropriation bills for 2026.

The Democrats want to shut down the government, to prove to the extreme side of its party that they are fighting @POTUS @realDonaldTrump and us. Republicans want to keep it open with a “clean” CR.

Stay safe and God Bless.

~Mark

Gaslighting clown.

Some of the responses:

Guess it’s different when it’s not doge firing everyone?

Perhaps Republicans could have worked with Democrats for once. They are only asking for concessions that are wanted and needed by “We the People”.

This isn’t going like you expected- and I LOVE that for you!

Republicans have the majority

Wrong…you’re so full of it. You know, God is watching you.

WWJD

You all are in power. It’s on you!

All that “listening” you said you were doing at those townhalls…. Apparently you don’t know how to HEAR!

Missouri First? I think you meant Trump First? Do you have to go to confession each time after you say that?

Bad combover. Check. Too long red tie. Check. Orange spray tan. Check. Tiny hands. Check. Cluelessness. Check…

The Republicans are in control of every branch of our government. If the government shuts down. It’s. Your. Fault.

Seems like the GOP cannot do simple math or think their constituents are stupid. Which is it Mark? Can you explain if you don’t understand how the GOP has the majority of both houses or do you think we are too stupid to know how that works???

it takes 60 votes in the Senate

Then they need to roll up their sleeves and come up with a solution, eh? But that isn’t happening.

doesn’t matter to me. The GOP owns this. They can’t govern because they are too busy licking Trump’s boots rather than trying to serve the people who elected them. Every single one of us should be furious. If you’re not, then you aren’t paying attention.

Your party is in control across the board… stop blaming others for your inability to govern!!

You should go back to standup comedy or whatever you were doing.

Newsreader.

Wrong. GOP failure to lead since Republicans control both houses and the executive branch. People see through your lie. #ShowMeBetter

Please stop lying to your constituents. GOP has the majority in House and Senate. Trump cancelled the meeting with top Dems.
Hard to “stay safe” when your party is trying to strip so many of their healthcare. Do better and work across the aisle. The voters didn’t vote for your party to shut down the government.

GOP is responsible for not negotiating and demonizing those who didn’t vote for Trump. You have a responsibility for all your constituents.

Nice try. Republicans are in charge of the Executive branch, Senate, and House. Keep making excuses.

Seriously, do you not get how upset you are making your constituents? You are not representing.

Belton, Missouri.

Please, if you have to work this hard to place blame, we know it isn’t true. It just makes you look weak and pitiful.

You definitely are not doing your job.

If magat’s only knew how to balance a budget…. Somehow Democrats can but you folks can’t even talk about how to do it with them….

You really think people are stupid don’t you? Lol.

You have total control of the house, senate, and white house. Maybe if you had better policies you’d have more of your republican congress members on your side to vote this through, and you wouldnt have to illegally redistrict mid-decade. It’s kinda embarasing your policies are so weak and unlikeable that you have to play out of turn and rig your own map to win.
Stay safe. God bless.

More Alford propaganda

Sounds like a Trump shutdown
[….]

Stop! You own this shutdown!

You’re such an idiot.

Who in the fuck votes for this guy?

You’re lying again! Trump wouldn’t meet with the Democrats, and Republican House members are on vacation this week. So of course no negotiations can take place!

You’re not doing your job. You’re a boot licker for Trump, and that’s it.

Zero accountability. Republicans have been in charge. Republicans pulled the nuclear option even, to get their nominees through. Republicans can own this.
You, Mark Alford, can own this.

Nope- this is all MAGA bootlickers fault. You can’t gaslight the American people anymore.

You own three branches.
If things get shut down, it shows your inability to do your job.
Passing the buck isn’t going to cut it.
IIRC, your team pulled the same shit not long ago and you blamed the Dems then too.
Again…we are not all stupid and gullible, Marky Mark

Gaslight much? Wait until your constituents’ health care tax credits expire.

4th Congressional District, clown, Constitution, Fascist pig, former newsreader, Mark Alford, missouri, right wingnut, sycophant, Trump sycophant

Congressman Mark Alford
[September 17, 2024]
238 years ago, our Founding Fathers signed the Constitution and set in motion the greatest experiment in freedom the world has ever known.
On Constitution Day, we remain committed to defending those rights and liberties that keep America strong. [….]

Some of the responses:

Yet you support a president that does not follow the constitution.
He issues ED’S and changes tariffs 4 times a day. Laws and regulations are at best suggestions.

Hypocrite.

Are you, though? Because…. *gestures widely* this ain’t it.

Glad to hear you support the Constitution. It doesn’t really align with your position on many things and you often apply it to folks you like but not those you don’t. I’ll believe you though if you’re changing your position. So I’ll be expecting you to condemn Pam Bondi’s recent statements on prosecuting folks for their speech. I also assume you’ll withdraw your post yesterday about firing teachers for posting their thoughts on Carlie Kirk! Thanks so much for pivoting from your previously communicated views that the Constitution is only for white, Christian conservatives. It gives me hope for the future!

Hey Mark, to commemorate the occasion would you mind taking a moment to actually read the Constitution?

You should celebrate by reading it

Then follow the Constitution…as previous leaders have.

Except the 1st Amendment, right? We can’t be out there letting people express opinions that disagree with the king.

“No King”

Posterboard. Permanent marker, acrylic. 22 x 28.
(Thank you, Tom Tomorrow)

Right. Like you follow the constitution.

Have you read it yet? 🤔

So do that…

You should read it some day.

My favorite is freedom of speech

Have you read it ? More importantly do you understand it ?

Defend the rights and liberties of Free Speech!

Do not oppress the widow, the fatherless, the sojourner, or the poor, and let none of you devise evil against another in your heart.
– Zechariah 7:10 (ESV)

Except free speech, Due process, probably other things.

birthright citizenship, Emoluments clause, separation of powers, civil rights, voting rights.
The only part of the Constitution the GOP cares about is the 2nd amendment

Now that’s some.funny shit coming from you

Could you commit to actually upholding the Constitution? Because that would be great.

LOLOLOL defending rights and liberties where?

Well, except trump. And you. Trump has been very transparent that he wants the constitution to go away. And you and your colleagues facilitate that every day.

The document YOU ARE NO LONGER defending.

You sir mark know nothing of the constitution and what it even stands for you rather break the constitution Laws!

LIAR

Please read it…and actually do your job!

Better start defending it Mark.
The founding fathers would be kicking some ass if they were alive

You’re a joke

What a joke. The current administration has torn our Constitution to shreds. We no longer have freedom of speech. Our rights, as spelled out in the Constitution, are being stolen from us.

And you’re killing it. Fuck you mark

Be honest… You’d stop after the second amendment.

he would skip the first amendment too. They are already trying to criminalize free speech.

Congressman Mark Alford trashed and annihilated the 1st Amendment yesterday with his post about teachers.

Yes, he did.

They are rolling over in their graves because of the way Trump and Republicans are stomping all over the constitution.

Remember the maga response when Paul Pelosi was attacked with a hammer at his own house? Don Jr put out a meme of a “Paul Pelosi Halloween kit, complete with hammer and underwear”. Oh, how the magats thought that was so funny. And they laughed, and they laughed…Or how about Alex Jones, who mocked the murdered children from the Sandy Hook school shooting? The dead children’s parents had to sue him just to get him to stop. That is who is telling you how to be civil.

And now your party is destroying it

Thanks to you and your fellow ass kissers Mark, the experiment is dying.

Congressman Mark Alford. You lie. You trashed your oath of office in your undeniable and constant fealty to the Orange Russian, and you wiped your ass with the Constitution long ago. You’re a joke. You’re uneducated, and completely unqualified to serve in any office, particularly the position of House Rep. You’re a cheat. You’re a grifter, in this for what you can gain for your personal self and nothing else. You’re a murderer, putting in place legislation that has killed people and will continue to kill. If you had an ounce of self-worth, you would resign. #UnfitToServe

Your boy Trump is peeing on the Constitution, and you butt kissers aren’t doing anything to stop him. You’re a coward. Do your job!

A document that you and your fellow quislings ignore daily.

I’m not sure you know the constitution. You should be following it and upholding it, not being Trump’s boy.

I guess today is a great day to mark the death of our rights by having divisions of the federal government publicly pressure a private company into firing someone because he’s critical of them and their allies.
Pretty sad way to watch the last hopes of our once proud country descend into full on fascism.

“Only You Can Prevent Fascist Liars”

Seriously? What’s going on now in America goes against everything our constitution stands for and you know it!!

Well, they did.

Eric Schmitt (r) [2025 file photo].

Yesterday:

Senator Eric Schmitt
[September 7, 2025]

Democrats can’t help but be on the wrong side of every single issue.
While they rush to defend violent crime and narcoterrorists, President Trump is busy making America safe again.
[….]

Some of the responses:

Attacking a civilian boat during peacetime is a crime.
You stop, search and arrest.

Declaring the US to be the ‘COPS of the Western Hemisphere’ as an excuse for committing an act of war / murder on the high seas with no actual evidence of any wrong doing is about as stupid as killing fishermen in someone else’s country because they were – uh – fishing. Didn’t have anything to do with Democrats, dumba$$.

I’d like one instance of anyone, who is not a criminal or a lawyer, defending, encouraging, or enjoying crime in any way.

I would like to hire a president that doesn’t break the law while trying to say they’re enforcing the law. Which is exactly what we see currently

absolutely correct. The irony of hypocrisy wrapped in delusional projection is real strong with this crew. My point is, “they” say the left defends criminals. This is absurd. Like the white Nationalists they are, they can’t help show their contradicting ideology.

none of them care about anything but allegiance to Donald trump. That’s it. He gave them a group of people to hate and they let their hate run wild. They don’t know anything about constitutional law nor care about it. All they want is him to attack the people they hate. And they only hate the people because he gave them someone to hate.
On a regular basis they use examples of previous administrations or presidents specifically from the Democrat Party who have done things that they want to see them hung for, and then as soon as Donald Trump does the exact same thing, which he does regularly, they use those people as an excuse to justify him doing it.
If they actually cared about any of it they would be equally as upset with him for doing the things he does as they do the other presidents they hate and want to see literally hung.
They’re the most subservient slave mentality group of people I’ve ever encountered in 52 years on this planet.

they are a group of people who are LED around by the nose.
They were told and believed that we now lived in a third world country by Donald Trump because prices went up during the global pandemic.
The very people who screamed third world country now will tell you that this is all just the price of progress because Donald Trump told them that’s what they have to believe now.

they have no goal other than power. And they’ll use whatever disingenuous nonsense they can come up with to justify that. Not an honest actor in the whole party. Including this guy.

Eric Schmitt (r) [2024 file photo].

What “crime” was committed by the people on the boat? We know only what tRump and his “Department of War” tell us.

we have no real idea, except that it is clearly a violation of international law. Unless we changed the prescription to alleged equals death penalty when I wasn’t looking. Though that might be on the table for this group.

I mean, a boat, thousands of miles away, that might have something on it, but who knows, is totally worth the ordinance expenditure. Laws for thee, not for me

MURDER WITHOUT TRIAL IS A WAR CRIME

Rand Paul is right:
Paul wrote in a post of his own later Saturday that “JD ‘I don’t give a s—’ Vance says killing people he accuses of a crime is the ‘highest and best use of the military.’”
“Did he ever read To Kill a Mockingbird? Did he ever wonder what might happen if the accused were immediately executed without trial or representation??” the Kentucky senator added.
“What a despicable and thoughtless sentiment it is to glorify killing someone without a trial,” he continued.

Where were you January 6???

Was there any evidence of drugs on the boat?

Now, conveniently, no. This has been another edition of Short Answers to Simple Questions.

Make war crimes bad again.

Mr Schmit’s post is best discarded as it makes claims without presenting evidence.

He does that a lot.

Eric is projecting.

You dont get to be judge, jury and executioner. This is not how a civilized world works.

You’re serving a convicted felon who let over 1500 violent criminals go free. Not to mention the abhorrent acts he committed with Epstein. Don’t talk about crime. Just like the Confederates, Repubs are on the wrong side of history.

Please show us the evidence that they were gang members to start? Telling fishermen that they might be in danger! WTF!

By violating international law and exposing our citizens to the exact same treatment

You evidently can’t help but be on Trump’s side of every issue. Have you ever had an original thought in your life?

Evidently not.

Yet you come out as a white supremacist. How disgusting.

Like being on the racist side?

What BS. We’re at a 30 year low in the crime rate. Look up the facts.

Killed some poor fishermen …..

Senator it’s called murder. You are supporting a murderer.

So wait….you’re telling me this crappy boat was going to make it over 1000 miles to the US without refueling? It was an immediate threat? Come on. We aren’t stupid.

You mean like Trump pardoning all the J6er’s? But yeah, keep peddling your BS.

Bootlicker

Fuck you Eric

You’re an embarrassment to every sane person in Missouri. You’re nothing but a hypocrite and coward.

another false bs claim… only fools believe this crap…

You’re a outspoken white supremacist so your opinions are not particularly valued.

how about the War Dept show proof this 22’ skiff was traveling over 2,000 miles in open ocean to the US with drugs fully exposed with 11 people taking the majority of cargo space warranted being struck by a $225k guided missile.

Who’d the one who pardoned the criminals already convicted on Jan 6th?

Keep drinking the kool aid. Racist wanker

llegally killing people in international waters because the Secretary of Defense is a war monger with an oversized ego and a drinking problem.

Yeah shot up a fishing boat ffs

Vague hateful comments like this are what divides this country. Shame on you.
No one is cheering for crime. We are, however, concerned about the constitutionality of these policies. It’s a valid concern, and one shared by voters on both sides of the aisle.
Do your job.

That boat was incapable of getting anywhere near our shores. And with 11 people in an open hull? Not much room for a significant amount of drugs.
Keep blindly believing otherwise, senator.

So you’re on the side of killing people with no trials, no matter where they are or where they’re from?

So can you give Americans a list of the people on that boat and the crimes they were convicted of in American courts

How long have you been a war criminal, Eric?

History will show…..you fascist enabler….you are on the wrong side…….so we bomb a random boat now……will we be shooting down a passenger plane next?

Look at that boat where were the drugs? If you were smuggling drugs why would you have 11 people on the boat wouldn’t itmake since to have that extra weight in drugs. You clown

Are you and trump trying to start a war with Venezuela? He has bragged that when has never had a war started under his rule, but this sure looks like one to me. This is not making America safe, it is inviting violence by another who absolutely has the right to consider this an attack on them. Are you trying to start a war so you can declare martial law and close voting off indefinitely?

A boat 1000 miles away from the states that may or may not had drugs or coming to our country, is blown up. And we are okay with our government’s far reach? I don’t believe for one minute, that Trump and his cronies didn’t have another agenda. There is a cover up you can bet on it.

Pointing out that it’s a war crime to use the military to murder unidentified people in international water hundreds of miles from our coast isn’t defending violent crime or narcoterrorists. It’s telling of your lack of integrity that you’ve chosen to toss aside the rule of law in favor of placating an authoritarian who appears to be intent on grasping every strand of control with his own tiny hands.
On the other hand, we DO have a Senator who proudly stood up and publicly announced that the United States is supposed to be a white homeland. You’re a white supremacist who not only can’t be depended on to fairly represent ALL of your constituents, you’ve chosen to brag that you have no interest in representing them. You’re a disgrace to your party and your oath.

drug dealers don’t put 11 people on a boat. you have no idea who you killed.

Don’t be a Nazi Mr Senator.
Gaslighting is dangerous.

RESTORING THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF WAR
Executive Orders
September 5, 2025

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered:

Section 1. Purpose. On August 7, 1789, 236 years ago, President George Washington signed into law a bill establishing the United States Department of War to oversee the operation and maintenance of military and naval affairs. It was under this name that the Department of War, along with the later formed Department of the Navy, won the War of 1812, World War I, and World War II, inspiring awe and confidence in our Nation’s military, and ensuring freedom and prosperity for all Americans. The Founders chose this name to signal our strength and resolve to the world. The name “Department of War,” more than the current “Department of Defense,” ensures peace through strength, as it demonstrates our ability and willingness to fight and win wars on behalf of our Nation at a moment’s notice, not just to defend. This name sharpens the Department’s focus on our own national interest and our adversaries’ focus on our willingness and availability to wage war to secure what is ours. I have therefore determined that this Department should once again be known as the Department of War and the Secretary should be known as the Secretary of War.

Sec. 2. Implementation. (a) The Secretary of Defense is authorized the use of this additional secondary title — the Secretary of War — and may be recognized by that title in official correspondence, public communications, ceremonial contexts, and non-statutory documents within the executive branch.

(b) The Department of Defense and the Office of the Secretary of Defense may be referred to as the Department of War and the Office of the Secretary of War, respectively, in the contexts described in subsection (a) of this section.

(c) The provisions of this section shall also apply, as appropriate, to subordinate officials within the Department of Defense, who may use corresponding secondary titles such as Deputy Secretary of War or Under Secretary of War in the contexts described in subsection (a) of this section.

(d) All executive departments and agencies shall recognize and accommodate the use of such secondary titles in internal and external communications, provided that the use of such titles does not create confusion with respect to legal, statutory, or international obligations.

(e) Statutory references to the Department of Defense, Secretary of Defense, and subordinate officers and components shall remain controlling until changed subsequently by the law.

(f) Within 30 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of War shall submit to the President, through the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs, a notification for transmittal to the Congress of any office, executive department or agency, component, or command that begins using a secondary Department of War designation.

(g) Within 60 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of War shall submit to the President, through the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs, a recommendation on the actions required to permanently change the name of the Department of Defense to the Department of War. This recommendation shall include the proposed legislative and executive actions necessary to accomplish this renaming.

Sec. 3. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:

(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or

(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

(b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.

(c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

(d) The costs for publication of this order shall be borne by the Department of War.

“Secondary title.” Performative bullshit. And expensive, too.

Only someone who avoided the draft would want to rename the Department of Defense to the Department of War.

The ‘antiwar’ president today tried to rename the Department of Defense the Department of War.

Bragging that you ended 7 wars… and then changing the name of the Department of Defense to the Department of War seems incongruous.

Important to remember that everyone involved in renaming the DoD to the Department of War is afraid to take the subway.

And that children, is why there are now Federal troops in Washington, D.C.

A draft-dodger renaming the Defense Department the Department of War screams complete inadequacy.

Trump’s policies are leading us into recession, he’s kicking people off of health insurance and denying them vaccines, he’s destroying the rule of law, he’s being played for a fool by Putin..but he’s going to call the Department of Defense the Department of War! America is great again!

Pathetic.

Anthony Michael Kreis‬ ‪@anthonymkreis.bsky.social‬

I would be okay with a Department of War if we also had an Under-Secretary of Sea Shanties.

“Hic sunt dracones.”

‪Raffi Melkonian‬ ‪@rmfifthcircuit.bsky.social‬

Department of War is the kind of thing I’d have thought was extremely cool when I was 10 and playing with little green army men.

Bingo!

Renaming the Department of Defense the Department of War! What is it good for?

Absolutely nothing.

Mark Alford (r) [2023 file photo].

Yesterday:

Congressman Mark Alford
[August 11, 2025]

🚨 @POTUS IS SECURING THE SAFETY AND PEACEFUL FUNCTIONING OF OUR NATION’S CAPITAL:
[….]

There was much hilarity in the responses:

Starting to look a lot like CHINA – turning the troops on the CITIZENS. RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES.

Washington DC, District of Corruption with DjT is in office. Supporters of pedophiles are not right

Remember Jan 6? We do.

One must really wonder what’s in those files…
[….]

Is this why the White House removed the Habeas Corpus section of the Constitution on their website site last week?

How did he suddenly discover he can call out the national guard? Because he said he couldn’t on Jan 6. When there were actual terrorists trashing the capital and assaulting capital police. Curious.

One of the very first things he did was pardon the J6 rioters who assaulted police. Now he has one of them working in the Justice Dept. He himself has 34 felony convictions. I think I see a way to make a dramatic difference in reducing the influence of the criminal element in DC.

sounds like something Hitler would have done

Really, Mark. When are we gonna see the Epstein Files?

I wouldn’t believe any fact sheet issued out of this Whitehouse

Dictator move.

But it runs rampant in the white house.

Why didn’t he do that on Jan 6?

Fact: Violent crime in DC has fallen by 52% in the last 2 years and is currently at a 30 year low.
[….]

Did you visit Epstein’s island?
We can not be sure who was involved until it is public.
Any officials who want to prove their innocence ought to push for the release of these files, otherwise, we shall always be suspicious that they might also be rapists.

The irony of a 34x felon claiming to restore law and order. This administration is a joke.

Bad combover. Check. Too long red tie. Check. Orange spray tan. Check. Tiny hands. Check. Cluelessness. Check. Conviction. Check.

Following dear leader felon all the way.
The distractor-in-chief.

The amount of people giddy about the guard taking over our streets is alarming. Ever been to DC? Likely not. Ever been to a 3rd world country or communist country where their military walks the streets, airports, etc? Likely not either. Know history? Def not. My God.

DC’s crime rate is lower than it’s been in decades. What’s the real reason he’s calling out the National Guard?

To put this in real life isn’t this just like taking homeless people off the streets of KC and putting them in blue springs in tents and bragging how much this makes KC look better. Does nothing to handle our veterans with PTSD that are on the streets or kids thrown out when they turn 18 or the mental health problems, plus it pissed off magats in blue springs cuz you moved them there. A righteous man once said that that you do for the least of your brothers so you do for me,please sir dont pat yourself on the back to hard are you might knock yourself over.

This is about punishing political opponents, there is no world in which this is about law & order (January 6th, we will never forget, never forgive)

He’s militarizing against US citizens. He is creating a dictator state. This is not about “restoring” anything; this is about power and narcissism.

Crime in DC is down 26 percent from last year, but OK.

DICTATOR WANNABE POWER GRAB😡

What about all of the sex traffickers and pedophiles in the Epstein files? When is the safety of our underage girls and women going to be secured by locking up all those rich pedos that Trump is friends with??

Bullshit. You are are dumbass….or worse.

Law and order from a 34 time criminal FELON and sexual abuser???

MAGA are the criminals in DC. It’s abundantly clear.

This is AUTHORITARIANISM! Crime in Washington DC is at a 30 year low and You are supporting this illegal takeover of our nation’s capitol! What happened to supporting freedom, supporting the Constitution, and supporting the rule of law??? We did not vote you into office to do this!!

Mark, you’re on the wrong side of history. Fascist and pedophile protector.

GOP = guardians of pedophiles

Anything to take the Epstein stink off of Trump.

Release the Epstein files

So why not spend the $200,000,000 that is going towards a tacky White House ballroom and create housing for the homeless instead?

Do you ever get tired of lying? Or have you done it so long in your Fox years that you have just sold your soul to it?

Did Not-See this coming.
Those Epstein files must really implicate Trump as a pedophile.

Amazing that crime is down over 23% in DC. This is just Trump try to test dictatorial rule.

Fun fact: crime is down 24% in DC. Trump is just looking for an excuse to disperse armed military on every street like third world countries do. He wants to stop protesting and first amendment rights.

From car jackings?????
Isn’t that what cops are for?????
You’re a goddamned moron!

So, no national guard on January 6th, but definitely on August 11th. Makes total sense.
[….]

It’s more nazi bullshit

How do you spin this one Alford? The felon says he is going to federalize the police and then the FBI comes in and says it is already on pace to be the lowest ever. Do you really think people are this stupid?
[….]

Yes. This has been another edition of Short Answers to Simple Questions.

Do you have any real work to do besides posting lies about how great your cult leader is?
What have YOU done for Missouri??
And BTW, how about those Epstein files???

All-caps doesn’t make the rolling out of military personnel without, say, an insurrection any more valid.

Hmmm. This makes me curious. January 6th Trump supporters in the Capitol. 5 law enforcement officers DEAD and many more injured. And then Trump PARDONED the people who took part that day. 34 guilty verdicts, etc. And he’s the one who is going to end crime? Makes me wonder whose side you are really on. Back the blue and the law, Congressman Mark Alford.

Militarizing our nation’s capital is the behavior of dictators, not leaders in a democracy. Using armed force against your own people is an admission of failure, a betrayal of our values, and a threat to every American’s freedom.

Will US troops be ordered to shoot Americans? What city will be next?
This should scare the shit out of every American

Another distraction

For too long, the Right played defense while the Left weaponized our legal system.

It’s time to fight to win.

THE LAST LINE OF DEFENSE is the inside story of how we beat the Left in court before—and how we can do it again.

Available for preorder now: [….]

Under Biden, the Left used the executive branch to build a powerful lawfare machine.

Trump won. But the Left’s lawfare continues. Activist groups and far-left judges are wielding our courts like a political weapon, twisting the law to undermine the will of the American people.

As Attorney General of Missouri, I went on offense again Biden—and won.

We blocked his vax mandates, forced him to enforce the Remain in Mexico policy (for a while), killed his student loan bailout scheme, exposed his censorship regime, liberated a million people from forced masking and countless more examples.

We didn’t win these fights by playing by the old conservative playbook. We won by throwing it out and starting over.

THE LAST LINE OF DEFENSE is all about the new blueprint we wrote—and how it can help us defeat the Left in the fights to come.

Left-wing lawfare remains one of the chief fights of our time. I wrote this book because our side needs a manual to beat it.

On shelves August 19.

Governor Kehoe Activates Missouri National Guard as Precautionary Measure in Response to Civil Unrest

JUNE 12, 2025

Jefferson City — Today, in response to immigration enforcement protests planned across Missouri, Governor Mike Kehoe signed Executive Order 25-25, activating the Missouri National Guard as a precautionary measure in reaction to recent instances of civil unrest across the country.

“We respect, and will defend, the right to peacefully protest, but we will not tolerate violence or lawlessness in our state,” Governor Kehoe said. “While other states may wait for chaos to ensue, the State of Missouri is taking a proactive approach in the event that assistance is needed to support local law enforcement in protecting our citizens and communities.”

This week, the Missouri Department of Public Safety, Missouri State Highway Patrol, and Missouri National Guard established a Unified Command to monitor situations on the ground and prepare to assist local law enforcement.

Executive Order 25-25 declares that a State of Emergency exists in the State of Missouri due to civil unrest and calls on the Adjutant General, or his designee, to call and order into active service such portions of the National Guard personnel as he deems necessary to aid executive officials of Missouri to protect life and property.

It is further ordered and directed that the Adjutant General or his designee, and through him, the commanding officer of any unit or other organization of the National Guard, to take action and employ such equipment as may be necessary in support of civilian authorities and provide such assistance as may be authorized and directed by Governor Kehoe.

The executive order:

EXECUTIVE ORDER
25-25

WHEREAS, our citizens have the right to peacefully assemble and protest, and the State of Missouri is committed to protecting the lawful exercise of the citizens’ constitutional rights; and

WHEREAS, the events that are occurring or could occur in the cities of Kansas City, Springfield, St. Louis, and other affected communities, in the State of Missouri, have created or may create conditions of distress and hazards to the safety, welfare, and property of the citizens and visitors of the communities beyond the capacities of local jurisdictions and other established agencies; and

WHEREAS, the rule of law must be maintained in the cities of Kansas City, Springfield, St. Louis, and other affected communities, in the State of Missouri, for the protection, safety, welfare, and property of the citizens, visitors, and businesses of those communities; and

WHEREAS, additional resources of the State of Missouri are or may be needed to help relieve the conditions of distress and hazard to the safety and welfare of the citizens of the cities of Kansas City, Springfield, St. Louis, and other affected communities; and

WHEREAS, the conditions necessary to declare the existence of an emergency pursuant to Chapter 44, RSMo, are found to exist due to the potential of civil unrest; and

WHEREAS, an invocation of the provisions of sections 44.010 through 44.130, RSMo, is necessary to ensure the safety and welfare of the citizens of the State of Missouri; and

WHEREAS, in consultation with community leaders, public safety officials, and emergency preparedness officials, I have determined that the following actions are necessary and appropriate to provide for the safety and welfare of Missouri’s citizens, visitors, private property, and businesses.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, MIKE KEHOE, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the Laws of the State of Missouri, including Sections 44.010 through 44.130, RSMo, do hereby declare that a State of Emergency exists in the State of Missouri due to civil unrest.

I further order, pursuant to Sections 41.480 and 41.690, RSMo, the Adjutant General of the State of Missouri, or his designee, to forthwith call and order into active service such portions of the organized militia as he deems necessary to aid the executive officials of Missouri, to protect life and property, and it is further ordered and directed that the Adjutant General or his designee, and through him, the commanding officer of any unit or other organization of such organized militia so called into active service take such action and employ such equipment as may be necessary in support of civilian authorities, and provide such assistance as may be authorized and directed by the Governor of this State.

This order shall terminate on June 30, 2025, unless extended in whole or in part.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 12th day of June, 2025.

Venn Diagram of Right Wingnut Orthodoxy – not complete

This afternoon:

JD Vance @JDVance

There is an extraordinary “reproducibility crisis” in the sciences, particularly in biology, where most published papers fail to replicate.

Most universities have massive bureaucracies that inhibit the translation of basic research into commercial adoption.

The voting patterns of university professors are so one-sided that they look like the election results of North Korea.

And on top of all of this, many universities explicitly engage in racial discrimination (mostly against whites and asians) that violates the civil rights laws of this country.

Our universities could see the policies of the Trump administration as a necessary corrective to these problems, change their policies, and work with the administration to reform.

Or, they could yell “fascism” at basic democratic accountability and drift further into irrelevance.

The Growing Partisan Divide in Views of Higher Education
By Kim Parker
August 19, 2019

[….] A new Pew Research Center survey finds that only half of American adults think colleges and universities are having a positive effect on the way things are going in the country these days. About four-in-ten (38%) say they are having a negative impact – up from 26% in 2012.

The share of Americans saying colleges and universities have a negative effect has increased by 12 percentage points since 2012. The increase in negative views has come almost entirely from Republicans and independents who lean Republican. From 2015 to 2019, the share saying colleges have a negative effect on the country went from 37% to 59% among this group. Over that same period, the views of Democrats and independents who lean Democratic have remained largely stable and overwhelmingly positive.

Only half of American adults think colleges and universities are having a positive effect on the way things are going in the country these days.
Gallup found a similar shift in views about higher education. Between 2015 and 2018, the share of Americans saying they had a great deal or quite a lot of confidence in higher education dropped from 57% to 48%, and the falloff was greater among Republicans (from 56% to 39%) than among Democrats (68% to 62%).

They have a plan.
