Dersh is a criminal defense lawyer. 1 of his students who became a constitutional lawyer said he was glad he didn’t have Dersh for constitutional law b/c his arguments are laughable. Explain how Trump was legally able to withhold aid already approved without notifying Congress.

Dersh said himself that his opinion on this does not match the consensus of nearly all constitutional scholars. He is the outlier here.

And every constitutional scholar says Dershowitz is totally wrong. If you can find even one reputable person to agree with him, you might have a case, but the only person who used to agree with him wrote an op-ed today about why offenses were impeachable.
