This morning:

Congressman Mark Alford
[February 13, 2026]

This Black History Month, we had a great visit to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum—the world’s only museum dedicated to recognizing the tremendous contributions of African Americans in professional baseball. ⚾️
[….]

Some of the responses:

Where is any of the staff? I have visited several times always a diverse crowd.

I was gonna say….

why are there four white guys in that picture

Taking a picture at NLBM with 4 white guys is peak irony. #magmdei 🤣

I was thinking the same thing. 😂 Laughable.

Performative. Everyone can see right through it.

Will the rump administration try to censure this museum’s exhibits like the numerous other ones it has deemed unacceptable??

You mean photo op of old white men

Not 1 Black man in sight..🤦‍♂️🤣🤣🤣

Isn’t that a risky place for you to be. Team Klan … I mean Team Trump may think you’re going woke

Heh.

Did you learn ANYTHING??

Dayam.

Field trip #137, more tax dollars for Alford’s meals, gas allowance, etc.
Tell me how this helps the people of Missouri, your constituents. Just a group of white guys acting like they’re being supportive — kind of like when your silly ass posts a religious verse on Sundays (or Saturday, if you don’t want to post on Sunday).
P.S. Don’t forget to share a picture with your wife, some roses, and let us all know how much you love her, and that she’s your rock. Can’t wait……….

=====

We could have a black history day that we don’t need a whole month of black history or a whole month of gay pride. If you wanna have a whole month of something, let’s have a whole month for our Veterans

there is a whole month for veterans

=====

Congressman Mark Alford: Visited the museum twice within 30 days. Why? You support a racist President. Since you do, it makes you one.

As he votes to fund DHS and concentration camps. Bad enough being a racist and a Nazi Mark but a hypocrite too.

Ey bro… Respectfully, on behalf of the black Missourians who feel about u as i do (a vast majority) FUCK U! Respectfully, the bullshit u support harms the black community. Respectfully, u don’t get to use my whole community as a token. Respectfully, go find some self hating, KOONta Kinte (the opposite of the great Roots character Kunta Kinte), shuckin and jivin, double minstrel, oppression loving black person to be ur token.

Was this before or after you voted to pass the SAVE Act and hoped to disenfranchise working class voters?
Your hypocrisy is showing!

Great museum! Terrible representative!

You will exploit anything for votes.

Burn in hell alford

We cannot hear you over THE SOUND OF DONALD TRUMP’S GUILT.

Dayam.

How hypocritical of you. You stood by and did nothing while MO reps gerrymandered the maps duluting their representation. Funny how you go on a field trip to the Negro Baseball Musuem but only post photos of old white men. They should have never even let you in the doors. Counting the days till you are replaced.

4 white racists trying to show they aren’t racist.

Be careful your 🍊cult leader doesn’t approve

A right wingnut solution in search of a problem.

American Citizen. Got married? Took your spouse’s name? Got divorced? Got remarried? Be prepared to present documents for every event in your life from birth.

Eric Burlison (r) [2025 file photo].

Yesterday:

[February 9, 2026]

If we’re serious about saving the country, pass the SAVE Act.
Make Democrats defend why they oppose requiring citizenship to vote. Force that vote.
The American people deserve to know where everyone stands.
[….]

The reality:

Review of Allegations of Noncitizen Registrants and Voters
July 2025

[….]

…in the context of each state’s voting eligible population, claims of noncitizen registrations and voting allege vanishingly small numbers. Even the largest claims (which are the most likely to be severe overestimates) never allege numbers that are more than a few tenths of a percent of the number of eligible voters in the state. This indicates that existing safeguards are broadly effective, as even highly motivated efforts identify only a relatively small number of records for potential concern. Election officials and other authorities are able to thoroughly investigate these concerns and move swiftly to address any evidence of improper registration or voting that may be found. Instead of highlighting a systemic or pervasive problem, these small numbers underscore the overall integrity of the underlying system…

[….]

“Useless laws weaken the necessary laws.” – Charles-Louis de Secondat, baron de La Brède et de Montesquieu (1689 – 1755)

Some of the responses to Eric Burlison (r):

Is JD Vance going to be required to present 3 forms of ID for each name change?

Heh.

Citizenship is already required to vote.

It’s already a law that only US Citizens can vote in Federal elections, so no one is opposed to requiring citizenship to vote. In most places you also have to show ID such as a driver’s license as well – but that doesn’t prove citizenship, even REAL ID
We’re opposed to legislation that as written, will impose a “poll tax” on many married women because it has no provision for using marriage certificiates or court documents to show their birth certificate (in original name) and their current state ID (in another name) are both them.
If this isn’t the case, explain why AZ state law specifically mentions marriage certificates and court documents being acceptable along with birth certificates to prove citizenship, but the SAVES act does not?

Many eligible citizens don’t have documentary proof of citizenship
According to the U.S. Department of State, examples of primary citizenship evidence include a birth certificate, a U.S. passport, a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, a Certificate of Citizenship, or a Naturalization Certificate. (While Real IDs are often assumed to be a reliable proxy for citizenship, they do not definitively establish citizenship.)
Although at least one of these documents are in theory available to most citizens, not all voters have them readily available. According to recent studies:
9% of all eligible voters do not have, or do not have easy access to, documentary proof of citizenship.
52% of registered voters do not have an unexpired passport with their current legal name.
11% of registered voters do not have access to their birth certificate.

You say you’re for traditional family values, then want to take voting rights away from women who take their husband’s surname so that they can start their own family unit.
Make Eric defend why he opposes women voting (as if we don’t already know why).

I have voted in every election since I turned 18. Every. Single. One. I was born in the US. My parents and grandparents (and their grandparents) were born in the US). Under the SAVE act, it would cost me hundreds of dollars and months of work to find a method to prove that I’m a citizen because when I got married, I took my husband’s name.Explain to me how that makes any logical sense. I’ve been a registered voter for more than 35 years. Aren’t the GOP supposed to be pro-marriage and pro-family? It’s actually easier for me to have my name changed back to my birth name and give up my married name than to prove I’m the same person. It’s nothing but a clear attempt to disenfranchise women.

Eric Burlison, tell us about the roadblocks this could cause for voting women of all political parties.

and anyone else who has had name changes, like adopted children.

Republicans can’t win without voter suppression. It’s not about illegal voting. If they had any policy they wouldn’t need voter suppression.

Burlison apparently doesn’t know we already show ID at the polling places. To add a requirement of also showing birth certificates and/or passports is overkill.
Or is it just that Republicans want to make it harder for married women and non-international travelers to
vote?
(Cost of passport – $165)

Isn’t this just more work for women he take their husbands name?

This has nothing to do with Democrats. We already have a voter I.D. card, show our identity validated photo I. D. and are on the registered voter list. Anything more than that is redundant, serves no purpose and will prevent Americans from voting which is their Constitutional right.

It has everything to do with MAGA Trump sycophants fearing the outcome of the 2026 election.

Cool making it tougher for married women to vote 👍🏽

Deceitful comments Eric.

==========

Nobody but USA born should be voting.

Wait for it.

not even naturalized citizens?! They worked hard for the honor… and probably know more about the nation than natural born citizens. They deserve voting rights.

Including the First Lady?

==========

Dude. It’s already in the constitution that only citizens can vote. Why waste time on this nonsense?

In a normal world the person who represents us should be able read these comments and see how unpopular their idea is. In a normal world the person who represents us would answer the phone and listen to their constituents with respect and thoughtfulness, not badger them and hang up the phone. But apparently Burlison is not up to either of those tasks.

I have voted in every election for more than 40 years and I showed my ID every single time. Stop trying to create problems to solve

It’s going to be much harder if you ever move and have to explain why your last name is different than your birth certificate. And prove it with documentation. Which means you have to track down every document, which costs time and money, and even then, you may have jurisdictions that have different requirements. You have jurisdictions that may require in-person registration, which disenfranchises those with mobility issues.
It is a poll tax, and the burden is overwhelmingly carried by married women. That’s the goal. Suppress the vote among the lower income voters and women. The reason is to disenfranchise democrats, since both of those demographics favor Dems.

This would create a difficulty for those of us who are married and chose to take our husbands last name- I am against this. My grandmother fought and gained the right to vote in 1920. She was an advocate for voters rights and the importance of voting in every election. You represent me and I do not want any restriction placed on my right to vote.

It is already a law that only US citizens can vote. There are already multiple safeguards in place to uphold that law. There is no significant evidence that illegal immigrants are casting great swaths of votes. The “SAVE America Act” is voter suppression, full stop. It’s a pay to play bill that largely affects women. Stop pretending you’re the good guy. You’re not.

Please stop embarassing our state.

The SAVE Act is nothing more than a gussied up voter suppression tactic to “save” an unpopular party in the midterms.

Call it what it is, the Save act is all about voter Suppression, not Security.

Our elections are already secure, stop trying to cheat! How about Affordability?

This is voter suppression—a wolf in the sheep’s clothing of patriotism. Why are you trying to disenfranchise my elderly mother, who is one of your constituents? She changed her name when she married. If she doesn’t have a RealID or passport, then under this proposed law, she couldn’t vote. But apparently that’s okay with you, and according to you there’s something wrong with Dems for opposing this misogynistic bill. Your straw man arguments are designed to stoke division and outrage to cover a nefarious purpose of this bill—to suppress the votes of women. You seem to think your voters are stupid or uninformed. I hope they demonstrate that they are neither of those by voting you out!

TELL THE TRUTH! The Save Act will prevent millions of US citizens from voting. Some in your own district. It will require identification that many don’t have (I don’t travel so I don’t have a passport and my birth certificate has a different last name since I got married). This is the GOPs way of disenfrantchiseing people from voting because they know they are going to lose in Nov.

Stop trying to disenfranchise voters.

Jim Crow and Poll Taxes all over again.

Solution without a problem that just makes it more difficult for women and minorities to access voting.

Eric, you want to block women’s right to vote! You say there is a problem and yet I don’t see it Greene County? That is your turf. Are you making accusations?

Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater. SAVE is another Project 2025 brainchild meant to hijack elections by centralizing control with the federal government. It is NOT meant to make elections safer but infinitely more corruptable.

They have a plan.

So, you are saying that all of the mostly Republican County Clerks that the citizens of Missouri have voted into office are worthless at their jobs? 🤨

Voter fraud is about .003% in this country. There is an OVER ABUNDANCE of words on this topic, but NO EVIDENCE of the kind of fraud Trump TALKS about. The SAVE ACT is a voter registration suppression attempt – half the people in the country don’t have passports, millions cannot put their hands on their birth certificates. My parents lost my birth certificate and I had to pay to acquire one. Is Burlison suggesting we are required to purchase something so we can vote? Of course, there is the extra burden for married women because their married name won’t match their birth certificate. The SAVE ACT promises to solve a problem we don’t have.

If Burlison is serious about saving the country, he should start by telling the truth: citizenship is already required to vote in federal elections. It’s been the law for decades. Every state already verifies eligibility. The SAVE Act isn’t about ‘saving the country’ – it’s about creating new barriers for millions of legal, already-registered voters – especially women.
If Burlison wants to “force a vote,” Democrats welcome it. Let’s put on the record who’s voting to make it harder for women – especially married, rural, and older women – to cast a ballot.

Only U.S. citizens can vote in federal elections. That’s already the law. Democrats aren’t opposing “citizenship to vote,” they’re opposing performative legislation designed to solve a problem that doesn’t exist while making voting harder for people who are already eligible.
If this were really about election security, Republicans wouldn’t keep losing court cases for lack of evidence. And they wouldn’t block measures that actually protect elections, like funding poll workers, upgrading machines, or stopping partisan interference.
“Force the vote” isn’t about transparency. It’s about manufacturing suspicion, suppressing turnout, and then claiming victory when fewer people participate.
Saving democracy doesn’t start with pretending it’s under attack by imaginary voters. It starts with defending the right of real citizens to vote without obstacles invented for political gain.

Citizenship is already a requirement for voting. Maybe take a break from this and go attend a fourth grade civics lesson.

The only thing Eric Burlison is good at is looking for a problems where none exists.

This man is lying to you.

Why don’t you just admit you don’t want women to vote.?

What a nonsense post. Utter nonsense.

If you’re truly serious about saving the country, you’ll vote in November to replace this UFO-chasing nitwit with an actual grownup.

Heh.

“Trump Out, ICE Out”

Big Budget Act Creates a “Deportation-Industrial Complex”
The result will be a lopsided, enforcement-only machine that will be hard to dismantle.

Margy O’Herron
August 13, 2025

[….]

The biggest piece of the pie for enforcement operations in the United States will go to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to arrest, detain, and deport immigrants. Congress gave ICE $75 billion over four years, approximately $18.7 billion each year. Added to the $10 billion Congress already appropriated ICE for fiscal year 2025 in March, ICE now has $28.7 billion at its disposal this year. That $28.7 billion figure is nearly triple ICE’s entire budget for FY24.

Two-thirds of ICE’s funding – $45 billion over four years – will be used to detain immigrants, potentially more than 100,000 people per year. The $11.25 billion added to ICE’s annual detention budget is a 400% increase from last year and exceeds the Department of Justice budget request for Fiscal Year 2026 for the entire federal prison system, which holds 155,000 people.

[….]

The $170 billion price tag for immigration enforcement eclipses other law enforcement expenditures at the federal, state, and local level. It is more than the annual expenditures on police by state and local governments in all 50 states and the District of Columbia combined.

Even the slice that goes just to ICE this year – nearly $29 billion – exceeds the budgets for all other non-immigration federal law enforcement functions put together, eclipsing funding to agencies whose law enforcement missions involve pursuing terrorists, violent criminals, sex offenders, fentanyl and other drug traffickers, and gun traffickers.

Today:

Governor Kehoe Authorizes Missouri National Guard to Support Immigration and Customs Enforcement
SEPTEMBER 30, 2025

Jefferson City — Governor Mike Kehoe announced today that he has authorized the Missouri National Guard (MONG) to assist with administrative, clerical, and logistical duties at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) processing facilities within the State of Missouri. This decision comes in response to a request for assistance from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to the Department of War (DOW) to ensure the resources and personnel needed to effectively enforce immigration laws and maintain operational control of the border.

Missouri National Guard service members will provide support starting October 1, 2025, by assisting with tasks such as data entry, case management, and logistical support, enabling ICE personnel to focus on core enforcement and security functions. MONG personnel who have been assigned to this mission were selected on a volunteer basis.

“Public safety, keeping Missourians safe, and upholding the rule of law is our administration’s top priority,” said Governor Kehoe. “The Missouri National Guard is uniquely equipped to provide this essential administrative support, and we are confident their contributions will be invaluable to immigration enforcement efforts. Missouri is proud to join in the Trump administration’s efforts to keep our state and nation secure.”

On July 25, 2025, the Secretary of War Pete Hegseth approved the duty status of DOW military personnel providing support at ICE processing facilities allowing for Title 32 duty status, which is a federally funded status under authority of the Governor. The Missouri National Guard regularly works alongside local, state, and federal agencies in support roles to ensure the safety and security of communities.

Military personnel are authorized to be on duty for this mission through September 30, 2026.

“…the Secretary of War Pete Hegseth…”

Have you ever seen so much performative bullshit in one place?

“…Even the slice that goes just to ICE this year – nearly $29 billion – exceeds the budgets for all other non-immigration federal law enforcement functions put together…”

Wait, if ICE has all that money why do they need the Missouri National Guard? Just asking

“Mike Kehoe is Trump’s Bitch”

Yes. Yes, he is.

RESTORING THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF WAR
Executive Orders
September 5, 2025

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered:

Section 1. Purpose. On August 7, 1789, 236 years ago, President George Washington signed into law a bill establishing the United States Department of War to oversee the operation and maintenance of military and naval affairs. It was under this name that the Department of War, along with the later formed Department of the Navy, won the War of 1812, World War I, and World War II, inspiring awe and confidence in our Nation’s military, and ensuring freedom and prosperity for all Americans. The Founders chose this name to signal our strength and resolve to the world. The name “Department of War,” more than the current “Department of Defense,” ensures peace through strength, as it demonstrates our ability and willingness to fight and win wars on behalf of our Nation at a moment’s notice, not just to defend. This name sharpens the Department’s focus on our own national interest and our adversaries’ focus on our willingness and availability to wage war to secure what is ours. I have therefore determined that this Department should once again be known as the Department of War and the Secretary should be known as the Secretary of War.

Sec. 2. Implementation. (a) The Secretary of Defense is authorized the use of this additional secondary title — the Secretary of War — and may be recognized by that title in official correspondence, public communications, ceremonial contexts, and non-statutory documents within the executive branch.

(b) The Department of Defense and the Office of the Secretary of Defense may be referred to as the Department of War and the Office of the Secretary of War, respectively, in the contexts described in subsection (a) of this section.

(c) The provisions of this section shall also apply, as appropriate, to subordinate officials within the Department of Defense, who may use corresponding secondary titles such as Deputy Secretary of War or Under Secretary of War in the contexts described in subsection (a) of this section.

(d) All executive departments and agencies shall recognize and accommodate the use of such secondary titles in internal and external communications, provided that the use of such titles does not create confusion with respect to legal, statutory, or international obligations.

(e) Statutory references to the Department of Defense, Secretary of Defense, and subordinate officers and components shall remain controlling until changed subsequently by the law.

(f) Within 30 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of War shall submit to the President, through the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs, a notification for transmittal to the Congress of any office, executive department or agency, component, or command that begins using a secondary Department of War designation.

(g) Within 60 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of War shall submit to the President, through the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs, a recommendation on the actions required to permanently change the name of the Department of Defense to the Department of War. This recommendation shall include the proposed legislative and executive actions necessary to accomplish this renaming.

Sec. 3. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:

(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or

(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

(b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.

(c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

(d) The costs for publication of this order shall be borne by the Department of War.

Hawley Introduces Trump-Backed Legislation to Increase Penalties for Criminal Flag Burners
Thursday, June 12, 2025

Today, U.S. Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) introduced the Enhanced Penalties for Criminal Flag Burners Act, which would enact sentencing enhancements for individuals who burn the American flag in the course of committing a federal offense. Just this week, President Trump called on Congress to support Senator Hawley’s bill and send it to his desk. Senator Hawley is currently circulating the bill and inviting other Senators to join. Senators Mike Lee (R-Utah) and Roger Marshall (R-Kan.) are co-sponsoring the legislation.

“Committing a crime is not protected under the First Amendment. If you are putting people and property in danger and burning our flag in the process, you should serve extra time in prison,” said Senator Hawley. “I encourage all of my Republican colleagues to join President Trump in supporting this legislation. It’s time to restore law and order in America and demand our flag be treated with respect.”

Rioters continue to escalate violence and set fires in major cities putting the public in danger, attacking federal buildings and destroying property. Their goal is violence—not speech, and these crimes are not protected behavior.

The recent Los Angeles riots have featured a host of criminal activity—assaults on law enforcement, vandalism, theft, and more. Hundreds have been arrested. And during the commission of these crimes, many rioters have burned the American flag. This is arson masquerading as expression.

If signed into law, the Enhanced Penalties for Criminal Flag Burners Act would:

Ensure that criminals who burn flags to further their criminal schemes serve an extra year in prison
Recognize the danger to people and property posed by criminals who burn flags while committing federal crimes
[….]

###

“…Committing a crime is not protected under the First Amendment. If you are putting people and property in danger and burning our flag in the process, you should serve extra time in prison…”

However, apparently, supporting insurrectionists who assaulted law enforcement at the Capitol on January 6, 2021 is perfectly okay. Right, fist pumper?

Ironic.

As a democrat I do not condone damaging the personal property of others nor do I condone the destruction being perpetrated by Musk, Trump, his cabinet and the republicans in the house and senate. and in state government. The history of women, and people of color, the protection of the disabled and the trampling of the rights of the LGBTQA+ community cannot be tolerated. White cisgender males have caused the majority of the trouble in the world. You do not know who you are dealing with in those you are trying to displace and disparage. We will stand up and we will fight to retain our rights, You will not win, There is NOT a mandate. Do not underestimate us. Just who do you people think you are? Trump is a traitor and should be impeached. Be a human being. Do unto others what you would have done unto you. Trump nor Musk nor you are kings. Government is not a business but is a service organization for WE THE PEOPLE. How much money and power is enough? SHAME ON YOU.

Every Republican should be asked in record to condemn trump and musk.

80% of America voted for trump. And we knew what he wanted to do. And we all want this

100% condone Trump and Musk. Keep up the good work

That explains so much, just not what they think.

Every Republican should denounce the insurrection on the United States Capital that beat police officers.

They call it “tourism”.

You first. Condemn J6 and the pardons first. I’ll wait…..

Just like every Republican should condemn January 6, 2021.

Every single republican should be asked, on the record, to condemn the January 6th attack on the capitol.

Every Republican Senator should be asked, how are you standing up to the dictator? How are you standing up to democracy? How are you standing up to the constitution? How are you doing what is right for your constituents? Why are you not writing bills to tax the rich and corporations instead of reducing Medicaid, Medicare, and social security? What are you doing to preserve rights?

Are you sure it was an attack, and not just a tourist visit?

Eric Schmitt is a spineless bootlicker. I heard they were just tourists. A day of love!

Every republican should be asking themselves how they are defending Elon musk accessing government data with no clearance and on non-governmental systems.

Until Trump & Musk stop destroying our country and democracy in will support anti-Musk beliefs. Grow a pair Mr. Schmitt and open your entitled eyes. Nothing patriotic about either one, more like Nazi Germany behavior.

Every republican should be asked on the record to condemn slashing Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and veterans benefits.

We still want a town hall here in Missouri!

Senator Schmitt we’re sick of all the hate and partisan crap. Can you do something or say something that would bring Missourians together?

No. This has been another edition of Short Answers to Simple Questions.

Eric dear how did all the Republicans feel about Jan 6th and now how do they feel about the fact that they have all been pardoned!

I heard it was the Russians which makes it okay

Not until you condemn Trump. Or you can start communicating in Russian.

Your priorities are seriously out of touch.

Car dealerships with a large stock of cars that are rapidly losing value. Eric should say if he’s in favor of insurance fraud.

Wow that’s some amount of crazy you’re showing off.

Where’s your concern for education, Medicare, Medicaid, social security and all of the problems facing Missouri?

How do you go to sleep at night knowing you’re lying to everyone, families, children, and doing everything in your power to hurt them, for your own personal gain? How do you rest, knowing this? How do you lack any human decency and any empathy? How do you live with it?

When you doing a town hall so we can show up and find out what you’ve been doing?

Every republican in office should be asked to condemn the attacks on our personal rights.

It was a love fest right?

Thoughts and prayers

We see what you did there.

Let’s talk about it at your town hall!

Thoughts and prayers!

I love the smell of burning Teslas in the morning, it smells like victory!

Oh, no, think of the insurance companies.

Every republican should be asked on the record why you think it’s alright to direct an insurrection and the death of a vice president and still be allowed to run for office…

Maybe it’s Karma? As he cuts jobs like our veterans lose jobs and innocent people get hurt in this chaos? Gods will?
We will pray

Are you going to condemn the attacks on citizens and medical care and libraries and museums and education and social security and so many other constitutional rights? I’d bet you don’t have the courage to do that!

Not that he would.

Why is your party holding and deporting legal green card holders without due process?

You should be asked, on the record, to condemn a president’s refusal to follow court orders and injunctions, per the checks and balances outlined in our constitution. Now’s your chance. We’re all waiting.

And by the way, why the simping for the Felon’s biggest campaign donor? You know he’s not going to hang out with you, right? How about you spend you time DOING YOUR JOB.

Every republican should be asked not to stand for women and black people being erased from historical documentation.
(I could do this all day. Join me please)

When politicians care more about protecting car lots than high schoolers. F🤬you.

Wow, so are you accusing all your democratic constituents of being complicit in these crimes? To imply 37% of Missouri citizens support illegal actions is a pretty defamatory claim to make as an ELECTED representative.

Well, he is an asshole.

Every single Republican should be asked, on the record, to condemn the attacks on our constitution and democracy!

You are blaming democrats for this? What’s wrong with you

Every single Republican should be asked to condem the pardoning of the January 6th traitors! See how that works?

Every single republican should pull their head out of Trump’s ass.

Bad combover. Check. Too long red tie. Check. Orange spray tan. Check. Tiny hands. Check. Cluelessness. Check. Conviction. Check.

So WHAT about those chem-trails???

Heh.

Oh who hacked this idiot’s page? This honestly cannot be a Senator this stupid, I’m not going to believe it.

Unfortunately.

Fuck off

Get used to it.

Yesterday was a special day. I blinked and missed it.

Presidential Actions
Gulf of America Day, 2025
February 9, 2025

BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

A PROCLAMATION

Today, I am very honored to recognize February 9, 2025, as the first ever Gulf of America Day.

On January 20, 2025, I signed Executive Order 14172 (“Restoring Names That Honor American Greatness”). Among other actions, that Executive Order required the Secretary of the Interior, acting pursuant to 43 U.S.C. 364 through 364f, to “take all appropriate actions to rename as the ‘Gulf of America’ the U.S. Continental Shelf area bounded on the northeast, north, and northwest by the State of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida and extending to the seaward boundary with Mexico and Cuba in the area formerly named as the Gulf of Mexico.”

I took this action in part because, as stated in that Order, “[t]he area formerly known as the Gulf of Mexico has long been an integral asset to our once burgeoning Nation and has remained an indelible part of America.”

Today, I am making my first visit to the Gulf of America since its renaming. As my Administration restores American pride in the history of American greatness, it is fitting and appropriate for our great Nation to come together and commemorate this momentous occasion and the renaming of the Gulf of America.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim February 9, 2025, as Gulf of America Day. I call upon public officials and all the people of the United States to observe this day with appropriate programs, ceremonies, and activities.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this ninth day of February, in the year of our Lord two thousand twenty-five, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and forty-ninth.

Bad combover. Check. Too long red tie. Check. Orange spray tan. Check. Tiny hands. Check. Cluelessness. Check. Conviction. Check.

It’s obvious – his ass has been so chapped for decades by the name of an international body of water that a name change just had to be a priority.

What a putz.

As usual.

Mark Alford (r) [2023 file photo].

Yesterday:

Congressman Mark Alford
[December 15, 2023]
Earlier this week, President Zelenskyy was in Washington asking for more money.
I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again — we cannot allocate any more money until two things happen.
1. We need strategic clarity. What does victory look like?
2. More funding for our own border.
[….]

Some of the responses:

Your “questions” are stupid and have been answered multiple times. Border funding is a DOMESTIC issue – I guess if you’re GQP, your own “clean bill” BS doesn’t apply to YOU. Tearing down is easy – any fool can do it. Putin has your number.

Mark’s probably getting campaign cash through the RNC from Putin.

“Make America Great Again” – in Russian.

Mark Alford pushing has to make a stand and it’s either with Ukraine or Putin
He knows who he’s helping by acting like this and that may be the point

that’s the Neville Chamberlain head in the sand stand down plan to appease a dictator
Didn’t work out well historically

Why you support Putin and insult our Military?

When will the House GOP investigate Congressman Comer’s million dollar shell company that he forgot to report on? That violates House rules.

Maga mark is a joke

The ex fox tv morning show host laying down his expertise and judgement. Now that he has opened his mouth, he has to prove it. When he can’t, he should be removed immediately. Alford also likes to place people is historical record books. I would say it is safe to say, Alford has made himself the most embarrassing thing to ever come out of area 4 in Missouri. A complete do nothing, finger pointing, pandering, hide in small coffee shop, literally do a TV style show called “Mark Alford’s America (not Missouri, not ours, but Mark Alford’s), and spend the rest of his time on social media, Fox, Newsmax, and what ever else would let him read from a teleprompter. He uses little woke slogans, bullies CBP agents, mocks the military, and wants to form everything around HIS specific religious believes, which he pushes down everyone’s throat. I understand the “party people” that can’t think on their own, or who have to have someone else to blame will say Alford is doing great. They have to. But when they go to bed at night, or slip up and think on their own about what Alford has and has not done, they are going to be embarrassed, just like so many other Missourians.

And I thought Vicky was bad [….]

Dear Santa, Please bring us a Representative who is smart enough to spell words as simple as “yea” and “Reagan”.

please explain how and why YOU are against working on the current Budget, funding for Ukraine? What legitimate and solid ideas do YOU have, and proposed for INCREASED border security? Just holding out for more funds and whatever else you seek that’s not border security related.
If YOU are NOT part of the solution,
then YOU are the PROBLEM.

where’s that missing file Marky? [….]

The mystery of the missing binder: How a collection of raw Russian intelligence disappeared under Trump [December 15, 2023]

Maybe investigate that?

With your destructive ultra right/ Trump views, there is no way I will vote for you. I love my country too much.

We can allocate money to Ukraine and should, as soon as possible.

I received a mailer from you last week saying how Biden was failing our allies. You have also repeatedly stated that there should only be single topic bills yet you explicitly link non-related items by demanding the border security issues be dealt with before supporting an allied nation fighting for its very existence. I never thought I would see the day where the Republican Party openly supported actions enabling Russian aggression. Your positions directly threaten the western alliances that we have painstakingly built since WWII and paid for with the lives of thousands of Americans.

our taxes paid for him to send that crap out too.

Why isn’t your name on this list of representatives who voted against warrantless surveillance of American citizens this morning?

Mark, I have a suggestion for you. Apply the strategic clarity concept to the border. After doing that, does Ukraine have anything to do with the US border? I thought so.

Mark (and others) have bought into “…the big, beautiful plans and programs…” Trump has. They have drank so much of the Kool-Aid they are his Trolls.

So you are attaching border funding to Ukraine funding? Weren’t you just complaining about that a couple of weeks ago? I guess it doesn’t count when it’s you and not a Democrat. Hypocrite.

another putz comment from the Trump Putin lover! You’re a disgrace to the US Congress!

“Россия” (Russia) – a variant of the Russian presidential flag.

Mr. Alford – Do you understand that by his own choice, Putin is an enemy of the US and is waging an asymmetrical war against us, and that the war in Ukraine is just a part of his strategy?
If you abandon an ally now, you position the US as an unreliable partner when it comes time to help Guyana, Taiwan, Western Europe, or any other target of aggression. That gives Putin and Xi more influence, not less.
So perhaps you’d like to tell us what YOUR strategic objective is as it relates to Ukraine? And Russia. And China.
Because for all the posturing and puffing, as it relates to Putin and Xi you appear either a strutting peacock, a pandering fool, or a complicit cooperator. Which is it?

Al the above!
Alford like most other Republicans, especially Trump are ignorant and don’t care. They don’t see, let alone understand the big picture, world politics nor the global economy.

Say hello to Cleta Mitchell and Leonard Leo next time you collect for your participation in this b.s.

They’re not impressed. At all.
