Clearly you have not spent much time actually watching PBS. My 87-year-old mother watches shows about sewing and animals and antiques. She does not have cable or streaming services. My children watched wholesome educational shows. PBS provides free, educational, family friendly programming for all ages and it is highly valuable to many taxpayers in this country.
