So, if Iran’s nuclear weapons capability was completely destroyed last June, then how could Iran possibly have the ability to develop nuclear weapons now?

With Turmp as our president we’ve never been more weak and less feared than now. Iran is making a joke of him, they are stronger now than before the war.
