Our prices are high because we’re short on cattle after years of drought. The solution isn’t foreign beef. It’s rebuilding our herds and supporting our American farmers and ranchers.

Our food security is national security.

China doesn’t raise beef, and South American beef has foot and mouth disease. It can only be transferred with live cattle but carcasses can bring brucellosis and tuberculosis. Missouri eradicated brucellosis in 2004.
