AN ACT
To amend chapter 1, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to public restrooms.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 1, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 1.382, to read as follows:
1.382. 1. All public restrooms, other than single occupancy public restrooms, shall be designated as gender-divided restrooms. Any single occupancy public restroom may be designated as a unisex restroom.
2. No political subdivision of this state, nor any business, building, or facility in this state with a public restroom shall enact ordinances or policies which are in conflict with the provisions of this section.
[emphasis in original]
Again, nothing about the water pressure.
Ladies and gentlemen, the priorities of your right wingnut republican controlled Missouri General Assembly.
