171.195. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, every school in this state which is supported in whole or in part by public moneys shall ensure that each student restroom which is designed to serve more than one student at a time contains at least one toilet with a separate compartment with a door and walls or partitions between fixtures sufficiently high to assure privacy.
