AN ACT
To amend chapter 171, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to school privacy.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 171, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 171.195, to read as follows:
171.195. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, every school in this state which is supported in whole or in part by public moneys shall ensure that each student restroom which is designed to serve more than one student at a time contains at least one toilet with a separate compartment with a door and walls or partitions between fixtures sufficiently high to assure privacy. Stall doors shall not be removed, except temporarily for maintenance, repair, or replacement.
