Entire towns including electric poles and transformers were washed away. The storm hit FIVE STATES and knocked out electricy in those states, too. Florida got hit again AND by 33 tornadoes.
As for NC and Tennessee, entire roads and bridges are GONE.
Governors announced the day after the storm that electricity and water could be out at least 6 weeks.
Just how fast do you think several 1000 people can clear roads, build roads, build bridges, replace water mains replace THOUSANDS of electric poles, re-string the wire and reconnect to homes??
Not to mention EVERYTHING ELSE being done for victims while Trump and assholes like Alford or pushing lies & conspiracies for personal, political gain???

They get $750 almost immediately for essentials, almost no questions asked, while they submit their applications for much more depending on their needs, insurance, damage to or annihilation of their homes or businesses or employment.
If you were there, as a FEMA rep, would you issue thousands of dollars, housing, etc., without an application process?
