We have yet to receive answers from Zelensky regarding what victory looks like.
Is it reclaiming Donbas and Crimea, or returning to Ukraine’s pre-1991 borders?

Why do you think the Ukrainians are fighting so hard to get the Russians out of their country? Why do you think the Baltic nations and Poland are rearming? They know what it means to be occupied by Russia. They’ll die fighting before submitting to Russian domination again.

I urge you to reconsider your position. A Russian victory in Ukraine will encourage further adventures by Russia, China, and others. It is time for the Western Democracies to stand strong together. An isolationist policy will make us more vulnerable militarily and economically. Ukraine has been clear in its objectives: to expel Russia from Ukraine and reestablish the border as it was in 2014. Failing to support Ukraine will be disastrous to American foreign policy moving forward.
