I am a Christian but firm believer in the founding principle of this country for separation of church and state. Making a Christian celebration a national holiday would alienate many US citizens who are not Christians. Please focus on things the federal government should be doing like the economy, ending wars, and protecting ALL citizens.

I am a Christian but I do not need a federal holiday to celebrate Easter. I am against any established tradition that favors any religion unless all religions get to celebrate their tradition as a federal holiday. And when you get to current history take the time to read how much work immigrants do in our economy and how much they contribute. Get a fxxxing education and learn about your own country’s history.
