Really the worst.
It is depraved indifference. I think he should be charged with manslaughter. Everything he has done from the beginning left Missourians vulnerable. He truly does not care what happens to the citizens of this state.
He’s so incompetent, and very thin-skinned when someone criticizes his failures.
