Missouri Governor Mike Parson (r) has not issued a “stay at home” order for the state. Because, we don’t know, “rural, something, something.”
The Lafayette County, Missouri Commission, on the other hand:

Statistics from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services released yesterday indicate 17 confirmed COVID-19 cases and one resulting death in Lafayette County.
