Wait, spending millions of dollars to get Missouri voters to allow them to give their money to gambling corporations which may result in an amount of revenue directed to public education which won’t significantly address current and historical funding issues somehow adds up?

And who is responsible for the current state of education funding in Missouri which places the state at or near the bottom of the rankings? Hint: maybe the right wingnut republicans who have controlled state government for two decades? You think?
