The Johnson County Democratic Club and Democratic Central Committee

Once a month throughout the year local Democratic party clubs and committee meet to conduct business. This close to an election these groups still meet but they also hear from local candidates, learn about local and statewide ballot issues, and learn about volunteer activities for local candidates. These are the folks who carry the campaign load at the local level. Without them there would be no grassroots.
