When I made local phone calls a week ago Tuesday, the response was about 50/50 between Sens. Obama and McCain. When I made calls tonite, no one said they supported McCain. Instead the response was 2/3 undecided and 1/3 third for Sen. Obama.
This after a day in which the n-word was yelled at our Warrensburg office not once but twice. The second time I was able to leave the building and caught the miscreants about a block away. They were to say the least, very surprised to see a 6′ 3″ two-hundred lb. man run them down. I guess they thought we were just a bunch of old wore out hippies or something. I do admit to being a little out of breath when I caught them. The incident was also reported to the Warrensburg Police along with the vehicle license plate number. The police responded with support and assurances that they would be very much involved if this sort of thing continues.

They’re afraid and they know they’re losing. They do the only thing they know how to do, they lash out. If they were smart they’d spend their time doing something productive for their candidate like phone banking or going door to door. But they’re not and they won’t.
