I’m not saying you don’t do economic development – sometimes you should. But you shouldn’t take the money from Missouri’s medically indigent and transfer it to ticket scalpers.

Koster voted the economic development HB 1 with the ticket scalping provision in it during the special session. He also thought it was enough of an emergency that he voted for the emergency clause.
Chris Kelly is definitely someone who we need to help. He’s a fighter who is flat out sick and tired of the crap that’s going on down in Jefferson City. I was lucky enough to be there for his announcement and to have lunch with him afterwards, and after working the campaign trail in the 24th District before I will say this with confidence: Chris Kelly can win. But he’ll need some support.
