2026 Senate Results: Democrats retake control
Democrats have clinched the Senate after romping to a majority in the House earlier in the night, winning several states that Donald Trump won by double digits in 2024 as voters vented their strong disapproval of the president. States such as Texas and Kansas elected Democrats to the Senate for the first time in decades as Republicans struggled across the country.
