HB 797 — PUBLIC RESTROOMS
SPONSOR: Pogue

This bill requires all public restrooms to be designated as gender divided restrooms, unless the public restroom is single occupancy. All political subdivisions, businesses, buildings, and facilities in the state are prohibited from enacting ordinances or policies in conflict with this provision. This bill is the same as HB 1755 (2018).
