More images – from the start of the march.
Yesterday afternoon in Kansas City over a thousand people attended a march from the Liberty Memorial to City Hall to protest Donald Trump. After a rally at the memorial the marchers proceeded down the hill to Pershing and Main – the Kansas City Police Department routed the marchers up Grand Boulevard.
The Kansas City Police held traffic at Pershing and Main until the entire host had passed through to Washington Square Park and up to Grand Boulevard.
Yes, indeed. Do something about it.
This afternoon’s Women’s March Kansas City will take place nearby in Washington Square Park. They’re expecting an even larger crowd. If you listen to local Kansas City television media it could be “hundreds”. Think about that.
