Representative Emanuel Cleaver (D) sponsored an immigration town hall on the campus of MCC-Penn Valley yesterday evening. Representative Luis V. Gutierrez (D), who represents Illinois’ Fourth District in Chicago, spoke at length on immigration, the realities facing undocumented immigrants, and the prospects for immigration legislation in Congress.
