At the Great Orange Satan:
DREAM Act gets watered down, and latest whip count

Thu Dec 02, 2010 at 11:20:03 AM PST…McCaskill won’t survive 2012, but if she still thinks she can, she’ll vote “no” to try and keep the hounds at bay. Won’t work…
Uh, compromise for the sake of compromise. David Broder would be so, you know, proud. Except (Kos continues):
…Now we have a poll in the field in Montana, last calls are being done right now, to see how Montanans view the issue. One thing is for sure, if [Jon] Tester [D] votes “no” on this bill, then this site won’t lift a finger to help him in his 2012 reelection bid. We don’t help people who are assholes to innocent kids…
We had something to say a while back:
Senator Claire McCaskill (D): take the job for a spin and see what it’ll do (January 1, 2010)
…A question. If the only two Democratic U.S. Senators to the right of you by voting record are Evan Bayh and Ben Nelson, and the right wingers and teabaggers in Missouri won’t vote for you anyway, and you’re not overly concerned about re-election, why don’t you take the job for a spin and see what it can do rather than cater to all the fear mongering obstructionists and the inside the beltway cocktail weenie circuit?
Just asking…
Well?
and will say it again:
McCaskill won’t get a dime of my money nor a nano-second of my time.
I’m a crawl-on-grass Democrat and she’s put me in the unenviable position of possibly not voting for her. I sure as shit won’t vote for (no)Talent (again) or the other empty suit who’s declared (Steelman) but I don’t know how much stink my nose can handle when it will come to pulling the handle for her.
I heard her on the radio this morning saying she’ll continue to be a “courageous Senator willing to make the independent vote”, yada, yada, yada.
Heckuva job Claire: you’ve managed to alienate most of your base in the state in an attempt to gain favor with voters who will never vote for you. Never.
