From Roy Blunt’s announcement release:
I know how to fight for Missouri. I have fought and won many battles, including bipartisan solutions to difficult challenges. Those victories include guiding into law the largest tax cut for working families in U.S. history.
Among the bipartisan bills he worked on were pushing congressional approval of a blank check for Bush in Iraq, and strongarming a huge subsidy for pharmaceutical giants through the House. Also, he just voted against the largest tax cuts in US history.
