When we went to Jeff City for the start of the session on Wednesday, it was overcast and rather grey, and not exactly conducive to stunning pictures of some of the beautiful public art that is on display on and around the capital grounds.  But never fear…I have oodles of pictures taken last summer when Missouri’s most partisan four year old wheedled until her Nana took her to the state capital for a ‘Daycation.’

When we were there in July, the Trailhead Plaza sculptures made a big impression on Zoe.  Situated as it is between the train station and the capital building, she zeroed in on it…
