Maida Coleman is officially throwing her hat in the mayoral race. Looks like Slay’s got another four years, especially if Smith doesn’t drop out.
have there been any other filings in the last month? or is every race uncontested except one Aldermanic seat and the Mayor’s race? The STL Elections Page just posts a PDFish document, and it was last updated in late November.
But the vote splitting (which should heavily split to Coleman, i’d imagine) does give the candidates reasons to go beyond their strongholds, i’d guess. Should be interesting.
