St. Louis (21st market HH-wise) ranks 3rd in debate viewers. Kansas City (31st market HH-wise) ranks 8th in viewers.

With Obama in St. Louis at the Arch and Kansas City at Liberty Memorial on Saturday, the turnout in those areas is probably going to rank between massive and epic. I don’t know if the 20K at the Dome in STL was his last STL rally. He was last in KC in late January too.
