…which will get almost everyone started on the speculation:
from TalkLeft
…So, who’s currently in the front seat? Bayh? Sebelius? Kaine?
Or will he get smart and choose Hillary?
from MyDD
…There are many “co-chairs” so that’s not a big deal, but Sebelius is high-profile in the announcement. Unless this is a mighty high head fake, I have to believe that Clinton is not going to be the VP. Is it Sebelius?
I just can’t imagine anyone other than a reporter or blogger caring enough to sign up to receive immediate notification on this – when the information will be available moments after the text is sent out and a reporter or blogger receives it.
I’ll pass and rely on everyone else to tell me.
On speculation – I hope he picks someone that is off of everyone’s radar. At least that will be exciting. All the names that are in circulation now don’t excite me in the least. Although any of them would be fine.
…so I signed up to both the email and the text message alerts.
I have a couple of biases where the pick is concerned. I want Wesley Clark. I like that the VP nominee is scheduled to speak the third night – and that day is dedicated to Veterans and military issues. Probably reading too much into it, wishful thinking and all. But still. If it’s Clark, I’ll do handsprings down Westport Road.
