Barack Obama’s first general election ad in Missouri:
Effective?
for people who don’t know much about Obama or who only have heard the right-wing smears. It presents him as a pretty normal guy without going over the top.
which I guess is a good thing.
We have to remember that many Americans haven’t really been paying attention to the election (hard to believe isn’t it?) and that he has to constantly re-introduce himself for those people to whom the primaries were just background noise.
But for those of us who have been paying attention? Some pushback on FISA would be appreciated. Leadership. It would be good to demonstrate some.
