We’re having a picnic!
Just bring yourself, whatever you want to drink and at least one dish to share with everyone. And of course bring your family and any friends.
It’s easy! There will be a grill set up in case you want to grill burgers etc.
Just one big rule – NO GLASS BOTTLES!

Place: Tower Grove Park, St. Louis. The Gurney Picnic Area which is in the southwest corner of the park near the intersection of Gurney Avenue and Arsenal Avenue.
Time: 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.

We’ll be near the wading pool, so if it gets too hot we can take our shoes off and wade. And this year we’ll be near the comfort station.
It’s not necessary to RSVP but it would be nice to know how many people to expect so leave a message here or shoot me an e-mail.
Rain Plan: We’ll meet at the Royale one block south of Tower Grove Park on Kingshighway. Check here on the day of the picnic.

Last year we had about 15 people show up and it was really fun. Hopefully this year we’ll get even more.
Of course when Duckhunter and I showed up that day we didn’t know if there would be anyone there except us. Blogging people are hard to pin down.
This year Duckhunter has footed the bill for the picnic area and will bring a grill. I’ll bring some condiments and plastic table cloths. And of course a dish to share.
It would be great if anyone else who was coming could help with plates, utensils etc. Just let us know in this thread.
