SurveyUSA released a 600 sample poll on February 29th taken in Missouri from February 15th through the 17th which shows that dubya’s poor approval rating continues to be, well, really poor. The margin of error is 3.9%. Can you quack “lame duck”?

The republican “fear” base will always be there –  terrorism and immigration will hook them every time. The state of the economy and health care are big concerns of Missouri voters. Senator McSame will have difficulties with them in that respect.

Iraq is less of an issue than it used to be. Impending recessions tend to distract the voters from other critical issues of the day.
