After listing tossup states like Ohio, North Carolina(!), and Florida, AdNags says in the latest installment of the New York Times’ “Political Points” podcast, “I know, famous last words, but I just can’t imagine Missouri going Democrat, so we have it going red [in the New York Times electoral map.]”

I can’t really imagine Virginia voting for Barack Obama, but that doesn’t mean that he’s not comfortably ahead in polling there. Neither can I imagine North Carolina as a swing state, but that’s what polling shows right now.
