The House of Representatives voted at the last minute to extend tax cuts to those making up to $400,000.00 a year. You know, the “middle class”. Representative Vicky Hartzler (r) thinks millionaires and billionaires have it really tough right now:

An understanding of marginal tax rates conveniently escapes another member of Congress. Maybe not, there is the concept of self interest. Who benefits? Just asking.
