I mean, I have a fairly large circle of friends and none of them have even been accused of sex crimes.

“He’s not been charged with anything” is the lowest imaginable bar for appointment to a high level federal position that I’ve ever seen.
So, if he was charged with something, he would be disqualified from a position in the administration. Especially if he was CONVICTED of a felony. ESPECIALLY if he was convicted on 34 felonies! But nobody is that unqualified, right? Right?
