What do Senators Claire McCaskill (D-MO) and Olympia Snowe (R-Maine) are both postioned more on the cener edge of their respective parties’ ideological core, McCaskill one suspects more out of political necessity than the possibley more genuinely centrist Republican, Snowe. They also share the same delemmas. They’re dammed if they do and dammed if they don’t in equal measure.
