The most memorable things that didn’t happen this session: expanding health care and the Autism insurance bill.
Unfortunately for Missouri, they elected a Governor, and the Republican House has pulled their weight in obstructing progress in 2009. And until they get hit hard enough (say a hit of losing 8 seats in the House), they won’t learn anything.
