The NRA is sending out mailers in HD-2 targeting Rebecca McClanahan, which is odd because she’s gun-friendly and isn’t odd because she’s a Democrat. Whatever.
What’s really strange is that the NRA is sending them out on behalf of Thom Van Vleck and claiming that he’s the incumbent. They actually call on voters to re-elect Van Vleck, who has never held elective office of any kind, nor could have “consistently voted in favor of our Second Amendment rights”, as the mailer claims. In other words, the NRA is lying.
