One of the most oft-repeated phrases in the final hour of House debate on SJR38 was “out-of-state billionaires” who poured money into the Clean Missouri campaign in 2018. Sadly, they were unnamed…but we certainly know at least some of the local billionaires who are pitching in for Dirty Missouri.
