At the UCM Homecoming parade in Warrensburg this morning:
Sometimes handing a microphone to just anyone isn’t a particularly good idea.
Ranting and raving in public appears to go with the turf.

One observer quipped, “That second elephant looks like it has its trunk up the other one’s ass.”
That is an apt metaphor for the Trump campaign.
What the hell do they have to lose?
Walls and prisons.
The election.
The mean hateful comments from Trump supporters is in contrast to the local GOP leaders and office holders. We talked and visited for a while . Helped the Hartzler float driver out with parking. We disagree but know that we have to work together . The level of hate this year is not good. Is what a GOP Central Committee member told me.
And yet they marched in the parade with those same Trump supporters.
Vicky Hartzler (r) [and Billy Long (r)] are very strong Trump supporters, yet the local GOP supports them?
They built the modern Trump GOP. They can have it, but they don’t get to shrug their shoulders about what it has become and expect sympathy from me.
