So we followed the link and found the recurrence of this little gem:

An apt comparison because, as we all know, the world and the role and capabilities of the U.S. Navy hasn’t changed in almost a century.
If we could just build the Navy back up to thirty-nine battleships, seven coastal monitors, and three hundred fifty patrol craft we should be okay.
