…if you’re registered to vote.

At 7:15 a.m. I was the sixth person to vote in my precinct of close to two thousand registered voters. It’s safe to say that turnout won’t be stellar. One of the Kansas City morning television shows wasn’t helping much, telling their viewers that the presidential primary is an “opinion poll” (okay, it is, but it’s still fun).

Voters weren’t exactly beating down the doors over an hour after the polls opened.

When you’re done voting you can get a cool sticker.

A poll worker told me they didn’t get their first voter until fifteen minutes after they opened their doors.

And, in yesterday’s mail came a demonstration of an alleged fiscal conservative’s election strategery:

Campaign spam. They must have an unlimited supply of money somewhere.

Would any sane person really want these individuals as references?

Yep, his campaign sent not one, but two identical direct mail pieces (glossy, slick, and expensive) to a household that wouldn’t vote for him no matter what. Well, okay, at least not in a general election.
