A few days ago I had the opportunity to sit down and visit with the candidates running to fill the empty Seventh Senate District seat that was created when the Tenth Senate District was moved across the state by redistricting. Since Senators continue to serve in the numbered district that they are elected to, Jolie Justus will represent a rural district on the east side of the state for the last two years of her term.
