Representative Vicky Hartzler (r) was really pleased with her vote on HR 2551 (via Twitter):

What she didn’t mention was her vote on a right wingnut amendment to the bill to prohibit the House of Representatives from using compact fluorescent (energy saving) light bulbs in their capitol facilities:
